UPDATE: I have since removed a star. The pillow has become squishier over time. While it provides support, it does not provide as much as I would like. Because a person's physical attributes and type of seat play a role in how this cushion works, I can't say anything bad about the pillow, but it's just not the pillow for me. Keep the squishiness in mind when purchasing this. One review said this product was "squishy" and I was worried I wouldn't get the required support for my back. I have a 2022 Toyota Highlander and after sitting on the freeway for over two hours my back started to hurt. I ordered the memory foam set and this set really makes a huge difference in comfort. The only downfall in the design are the straps for the back lumbar cushion. If your vehicle has airbags in the seats, you will not be able to secure it to the seat. I am using it upside down as a lumbar support. I have had this cushion for two days and have experienced instant relief from strong back pain. I have been experiencing lower left back pain for a long time, getting up from a sitting position, standing and walking. I sit in an adjustable computer chair post-processing pictures I have taken – sometimes for over 4 hours a couple times/week.. I got this yesterday and after sitting for an hour I recognized that when I got up I was a bit stiff, but absolutely no back pain. Today I have been sitting at the computer for 4 hours, and when getting up, again have no back pain. My wife told me that my posture was no longer bent over (due to the pain).
