For the price, this chair is not what I was expecting. The back is only connected by 2 screws on each arm rest. There is nothing connecting it to the back. It's comfortable enough but I'm concerned about how long this will last. The arms and base are plastic. It only adjusts up and down. I bought this because of the Coronavirus and having to work from home temporarily. Hopefully it holds up for a few weeks. I did not consider myself picky, and set very low standards for a chair in this price range and was still disappointed. Within the first day it really hurt my lower back. It’s shape forces my back to slouch and has zero lumbar support. I tried blankets, pillows, shifting and could not get comfortable. I kept trying for a week, determined to make it work and have never had a chair so deliberately hurt my back. I’m in my 20’s, no prior back problems, 5’11 and 180lbs. Only sat in the chair for maybe 4 hours at a time and it was still miserable. My wife tried it also, she’s about 5’5, 120lbs and it hurt her back also. I do not recommend this office chair. I returned the chair, and ordered a Modway Task chair and immediately felt relief in my lower back with actual lumbar support. ... show more

This is probably the most poorly constructed chair i have ever seen. Drilled holes would not line up despite repeated attempts to assemble. Followed instructions to a tee and it just wouldn’t fit. Cover material is wafer thin and was tearing at the screw holes. Sewed seams also look weak. Don’t buy this chair. Spend the money for something better. Amazon processing a return. ... show more

yes - easy to put together yes - sturdy, no sound when in use hell no ! never again ... VERY uncomfortable! lack of back support, doesn't fit my average built 5'10 frame, lack of back support and the arm rest is too low ... I've purchased the strap on elbow rest to try to make it more comfortable but still doesn't work ... very disappointed however .. it is good for its price at under a 100 bucks if you are using ONLY for short time its fine for an hr or two but not for much longer than 45 mins so now ... I stand and sit in 45 min IV. I guess, if the purpose of the chair is so you are discouraged to sit in it and only sit down when your legs got tired of the "standing desk" - in this case, this would be a PERFECT CHAIR for you However, if you are looking for a desk chair to work for long hours on the computer, this isn't the chair you want. Very disappointed because the other "amazon brand" stuff I have purchased all worked out perfectly - most of them are actually BETTEr than other brands. This chair needs re-engineering! ... show more

OF MONEY,,most uncomfortable chair i ever owed....not high back,,maybe for the vietnamese it is.i am 5'7 and the back is 4" above my shoulders . you have to tilt it backwards but that don't help because it will not lock the seat.so you have to loosen the screws under the seat and put a 1/8 thick board between the seat and the metal piece...so you can make it comfortable.it took me 2 hour to put together,,cause the is no instructions,,if i told you how,it would take all the fun out it.. this made in VIETNAM!!! IF I WOULD OF KNOW THIS I WOULDN'T OF BOUGHT it..THE ONLy thing i have to say good is it arrived on time. ... show more

I bought this as i have to work from home due to COVID, the packaging and the box is great. Very easy to assemble, took like 15 minutes but the booklet could have been better in some areas like which way to assemble especially for the hand-rest. 1. If the back side of the seat is not assembling right , that means you've put the hand-rests the wrong way. 2. Please install the wheels after you assemble the whole chair, its easier that way so the chair doesn't keep moving when you are working on it. It looks great, the color and the cushion is awesome including the padding. There is tilt but it's not the way you expect, the back side of the seat doesn't move rather it tilts from the bottom. I know its nice feature to have the back tilt, but i'm okay for the price. Don't know how long it lasts but for $115, this is more than good. The only worry i have is the back is literally held by 4 screws, 2 on each side and doesn't have any other support. ... show more

I bought this chair cuz my old chair is broken and needed to be replaced asap. This package came in a good condition. looked very great , SUPER comfortable when you use it in other word it does not have anything to criticize , and more importantly it gives you a really clear directions on how it should be installed. Especially, it tells you which part it should be installed first and no complicated directions. However, it also has some bad side of it. First of all, the screws doesn't come with the spare. Remember that i lost one of the screw and took a while to find it. Secondly, the shipping is somehow longer than usual (about 2 weeks). Overall, it is a great and professional that i would recommend anyone who is looking for a good chair that can work from home. ... show more
