My stats: 6'1" 200lbs pinched spinal column, sciatic nerve impingement, poor sleeper, hot sleeper Absolutely LOVE this matress. When it arrived it was well packaged. Upon opening I had doubts it would expand fully. Took it to an open room and cut open vacuum sealed bag. Bed started expanding rapidly. A few hours later and it looked completely expanded but I followed the directions and waited. 72 hours later it was ready. I pressed on the top of the bed and I was worried, it felt stiff almost hard. I then laid on it and my worries went away as it formed around me beautifully. It is firm but very comfortable. The initial smell of plastic was almost completely gone. The first night I we slept on it I did not wake once during the night and awoke feeling really good. I have a bad back and since sleeping on this mattress I have noticed that I awaken with less back pain and stiffness. I am sleeping a lot better also. The gel top on this mattress is amazing as it keeps a nice cool layer even if you stay in the same spot for a long time. When summer comes I see this being a HUGE plus. Pros: Firm but giving, cooling, even firmness over the entire surface area, smell fades within days Cons: Honestly none as of yet I will update in a month or two. 4 month update: Looks and feels brand new. No dents, soft/hard spots, and no signs of wear or breakdown. We live in western Pennsylvania and it has been in the 90s during the day and 68-72 at night. The beds gel layer has been a Godsend. I go to bed 2-3 hours after my wife and when I sit and then lay down she never knows. My back has been better in these last 3 months than it has been in years. 1 year update: Still looks brand new. No bowing or drooping areas. Every night the wife and I get in it feels like the first night we slept on it. This mattress has literally helped me get the best sleep in the last year than I have in 20+ years of having a bad back. 2 year update: Yes, still in love! Every night feels like the first night in this dream. Cooling still works fantastic, it is still the same firmness as when brand new, and it stills forms to my body perfectly. Would and will buy again!

I’m sure you are like me, reading hundreds of reviews before buying the right Mattress. And after placing your order, you still keep your fingers crossed hopping to receive what you are looking for… I’m telling you, after all of the horror stories I have read, I was terrified of placing any order, mostly because of you cannot return a mattress, that’s basically mission impossible. So, I did it anyways and braced myself… The matters arrived (do not expect the box to be pristine, the important is what’s inside). The mattress comes rolled up in a vacuum sealed and well-protected thick plastic bag. As soon as I opened it, the mattress expanded almost immediately; I waited 2 full days before using it, but I could have used it the very first day. Good News: It fully expanded up to 12 inches. The cover is nicely finished, pristine and clean. NO chemical or foul smell whatsoever. All 4 corners expanded perfectly even. No weak spots, the firmness is even in all areas… Please, do not pay much attention to the Firmness Reviews, each people have different opinions of what that is, this “feeling” is strictly subjective. For some people this Mattress is hard as a rock, for others is way too plush. It is not that they received a different foam, it is the same one. For me, it feels Medium-Firm, and I love it. Today it has been a month since I received it and the Firmness is the same, nothing has changed. Regarding the Heat absorption, I always keep the Air Conditioning On all night long, so I have not noticed any heat difference between this and my previous mattress. No worries about disturbing the person sleeping next to you, you can jump on this mattress and they won’t feel anything. Just make sure to use a Solid and Flat surface underneath, this mattress is intended to be used Without foundation. Remember, the material is Foam, it must rest on a completely flat surface without slats. Or at least make sure the separation between each slats is less than an inch. So, based on my case, I do recommend this mattress, the relation between quality and price is unbeatable, and it is MADE IN USA. Also, even though the cover has a Zipper, the label advises not to remove it. So, get a good quality Stay-On fitted sheet for underneath and also a Mattress Cover on top of it. These 2 layers will keep the mattress’ original cover as new as the first day. And No, I am not a paid reviewer, I’m just like you, a person that was scared to buy a Memory Foam Mattress after reading all these nasty stories. I bought a 10 inch queen size, which is a decent thickness and a true queen size. While the description says this mattress provides medium support, it does feel more firm than medium. It is comfortable, but I wish it was more true to being a medium firmness than what it is. That said, I can't imagine trying to repackage and return this thing, so it's tolerable enough that I am keeping it. The smell when it was first unpackaged was slight, but after airing out for a week before putting a cover and sheets on it, the smell was gone. Be prepared to discard a lot of plastic wrap, like yards and yards of it, not to mention a huge plastic bag, too. Overall, for the price, this is a fairly decent mattress.
