    • Amazon shipped wrong size but happy with what I got
Should be noted that I purchased the 12 inch white and green on sale but received the 10 inch white and gray, there is no sizing indication on product and paperwork in box is generic to match a lot of diffrent matresses so no discriptive writing included. Purchased late May for a move from GA to AK. Box arrived on time and was packed with my household goods three days later the beginning of June. It shipped across country and arrived with my household goods the end of July still in the original box. Set up was easy and it unrollled to the full 10 in in the first few minutes, thought it still needed to expand to meet the 12 inch I purchased. Wasn't till I got back into my account and saw that the 12 inch was green and white that I realized Amazon sent me the wrong mattress. But no biggy since I bought it on sale for less then the one I recived and there's no way to exchange it because there's no way to re-vacuumed seal it to exchange for the right one. The mattress is great so far, like I stated it expanded into the fill 10 in withing minutes. I'm a side sleeper and this mattress has give so that it supports my body were it's needed and I sleep threw the night and wake with no pain or soreness. It does take the memory foam a moment to reexpand, so if I sit on the side of the bed to do my nightly bedtime routeen before rolling into bed the indent of where I sat will stay for a moment and it kinda feels like your being tilted towards the edge. I’m sure you are like me, reading hundreds of reviews before buying the right Mattress. And after placing your order, you still keep your fingers crossed hopping to receive what you are looking for… I’m telling you, after all of the horror stories I have read, I was terrified of placing any order, mostly because of you cannot return a mattress, that’s basically mission impossible. So, I did it anyways and braced myself… The matters arrived (do not expect the box to be pristine, the important is what’s inside). The mattress comes rolled up in a vacuum sealed and well-protected thick plastic bag. As soon as I opened it, the mattress expanded almost immediately; I waited 2 full days before using it, but I could have used it the very first day. Good News: It fully expanded up to 12 inches. The cover is nicely finished, pristine and clean. NO chemical or foul smell whatsoever. All 4 corners expanded perfectly even. No weak spots, the firmness is even in all areas… Please, do not pay much attention to the Firmness Reviews, each people have different opinions of what that is, this “feeling” is strictly subjective. For some people this Mattress is hard as a rock, for others is way too plush. It is not that they received a different foam, it is the same one. For me, it feels Medium-Firm, and I love it. Today it has been a month since I received it and the Firmness is the same, nothing has changed. Regarding the Heat absorption, I always keep the Air Conditioning On all night long, so I have not noticed any heat difference between this and my previous mattress. No worries about disturbing the person sleeping next to you, you can jump on this mattress and they won’t feel anything. Just make sure to use a Solid and Flat surface underneath, this mattress is intended to be used Without foundation. Remember, the material is Foam, it must rest on a completely flat surface without slats. Or at least make sure the separation between each slats is less than an inch. So, based on my case, I do recommend this mattress, the relation between quality and price is unbeatable, and it is MADE IN USA. Also, even though the cover has a Zipper, the label advises not to remove it. So, get a good quality Stay-On fitted sheet for underneath and also a Mattress Cover on top of it. These 2 layers will keep the mattress’ original cover as new as the first day. And No, I am not a paid reviewer, I’m just like you, a person that was scared to buy a Memory Foam Mattress after reading all these nasty stories. For the money, this is a great buy!! Comfortable, firm but not like sleeping on a board, easy to unpack and allow to expand. I did let mine sit for 24 hours before sleeping on it, but as others have said, I think I could have used it the first night. Mine had very, very low odor for the first night, then gone. The ONLY reason that I can't give this 5 stars is because I am seeing slight signs of sag after only two months. This mattress cannot be flipped over, and rotating it does no good for me because I sleep in the center. ... show more

I could not believe how comfortable this mattress is! We purchased for my 10 year old daughter when re-doing and updating her room. We wanted something affordable. This mattress is comfy enough for me to sleep on, and I have Ankylosing Spondylitis.

I'm big (6ft 4in, 200lbs) and my wife is small (5ft 2in, 105lbs), we love this mattress. It is a bit firmer than we were expecting, but it only took about 2 weeks to break it in a bit to be soft enough for smaller sleepers. Out of the box, it may feel a bit too firm initially, but after a year with this mattress, we can't sing its praises enough. It sleeps cooler than we were expecting as well. Off-gassing was a bit of an issue for the first 48 hours then it was fine after that. ... show more

I have only slept one this mattress one time since receiving it, but the one thing that stands out is its firmness. The description states that it is a medium-firm mattress, but as somebody who regularly sleeps on fairly firm mattresses, this one is a little too firm even for my liking. The cooling gel does a decent job, but really doesn’t compare to higher end alternatives. The price is the one thing that saves it, as it does a decent job considering what you pay for it. ... show more
