  • Strong ropes in excellent condition!
Style: 30 ft. x 1.5 in.
I bought the smallest cheapest ropes, the 344 x 1.5 inch ones. I was worried they might be too small or not strong enough, but I was surprised to find how big these are. I have an athletic build and I'm fit, and I found these to pack some good punch. Also, these are the perfect size if you live in a small apartment. They're almost too big, so that's a good thing if you're concerned if they're big enough. Mine literally stretch out across one of the rooms and this is even after it's folded so that you're holding two in your hand. There were no threads pulling off like some reviewers said. I was worried about that, but mine are incredible looking and brand new. I should warn that if you have anyone that lives below you that these are pretty strong. They will make some noise just by moving it across the room and dropping it on the floor. If you're working out with them and slamming them on the floor over and over, your neighbor might hear it depending on how thin the floor and their ceiling is. And depending on how cool your neighbor is if you're just doing it for less than an hour a day, might want to keep that in mind. Maybe get those exercise padding floor things to lessen the noise impact for them. ... show more

  • It’s a heavy rope
Style: 30 ft. x 1.5 in.
This thing will wear you out if used properly. Melting fat by the ounces.

  • Nice budget rope with a caveat
Style: 40 ft. x 2 in.
Overall I would say this rope is a pretty solid value. It's cheaper (in cost and in build) than a quality rope like a Rogue… but it's also like a third the cost. I opted for this cheaper rope (I use a Rogue at the gym but I wanted a rope at home to use on off days). I usually buy quality (buy once, cry once) but for this I decided not to since it's just a Big Friggin Rope™ and I wasn't positive I would use it a ton. This rope is supple and really heavy. I'm used to a 1.5 rope, but decided to buy the 2" and OMFG the increased diameter makes sets brutal. I strongly suspect this rope will fray pretty hard over time (the strands are VERY soft), especially since I use it outside for the most part. I'm not worried though because if I use it enough to wear it out, I'll be able to justify the price for a higher quality jacketed rope. So what's the caveat? The rope came to me with a number of snagged threads. There's already a photo here in Enj79's review, so check that out if you're curious. Mine looks exactly like hers, so I'm guessing it's not a super unusual issue. But I honestly don't really care… it's just a big friggin rope, and so far it hasn't exploded or anything. ... show more

  • Definitely worth the buy!!!
Style: 30 ft. x 1.5 in.
Definitely worth the buy. Very sturdy!! I tried mines outside in the grass at first...but not a good idea..but hey it was worth the try😁!! I received mines in the manufacturer box seriously taped up from multiple times being dropped during shipping. It's a good buy for the price.

  • If you have the space, a must-have for your training arsenal.
Style: 30 ft. x 1.5 in.
I had only occasionally use battle ropes at CrossFit and kung fu. Did not really know watch about the value when I saw this on sale. I use it mostly in between sets during my weight workouts or just to get my heart rate up during the day. I was especially surprised at how great a core burn I can get from doing slams. Definitely go with the 2 inch rope for more weight and the longest one you have room for. I just threw some padding up around a column in my basement and was good to go. It's a very nice product at a low price. ... show more

  • Decent low cost option - durability problems
Style: 30 ft. x 1.5 in.
After two months of continuous use, this rope is beginning to fray. The rope itself has a very good weight and length. The durability is not quite what I would hope for for the money. I can already foresee needing to buy a new rope in another couple of months.
