I regret buying this oven. I thought, "How hard can it be to make a simple toaster oven?" Apparently, harder than I expected. The markings on the knobs wore off almost immediately, making them difficult to use. Instead of offering precise temperature and time settings, it relies on an imprecise timer knob, and the timer must be used every time you cook. The heating power is also underwhelming and struggles with anything beyond basic tasks. Overall, this feels like a cheaply made appliance that falls short in both design and performance. There are much better options available. Save your money and put it toward a higher-quality toaster oven.

Toaster oven is working great, control knows do not get hot as others mentioned. The time control is very stiff and hard to set correctly for toasting bread, I'm hoping that gets easier the toast is perfectly done if the timer is cooperative.

I really like the size of this toaster—it fits well on the counter without taking up too much space. The multiple settings are super convenient, and it works great overall. It even does a solid job air frying, which was a nice surprise. My main issue is with the knobs. The setting labels on the dial are already wearing off, which makes it hard to tell which setting I’m using. On top of that, the timer knob is pretty hard to grip and turn, which can be frustrating during everyday use. Performance-wise it’s excellent, but the durability and usability of the controls could definitely be better.

I received this this morning. I unpacked it and put it where I was going to use it. I made a batch of cornbread with pepper jack cheese, preheated it, and 20 minutes later, I had perfectly cooked cornbread! It worked perfectly the first time out of the box. The only drawback is that the knobs get hot. I went to turn it off and it burned my fingers. I would suggest that in the future when making this, use something other than the plastic knobs. Otherwise, it's a keeper! 3/2/2026: I bought this in October 2025 and it has worked well, with the caveats listed above. For some reason, when baking bread, I was having issues, so I ordered an over thermometer. When it's set at 350, it read closer to 325, at 400, it read 375. At 450, it read correct. It works perfect for air frying and toast, but baking, you need an over thermometer.

Works as advertised. The labels on the benzel rub off very easy making choosing the correct setting a guessing game. Unable to find replacement parts for this unit. Customer service is nonexistent.
