This was a replacement for a toaster oven I have had for years. I was excited as it would have so many features beyond just baking or toasting. It was a good size for the countertop and very roomy inside for cooking, air frying, etc. It looks great, too. It is easy to use with good instructions, but it was easy to figure out how to use it. Cleaning was easy due to it being so roomy inside. Very happy with this purchase.

Works great but controls are difficult. Hard to dial in toast because of the 60 min timer and you will need your reading glasses to make sure all three dials are in the correct position

So far so good, very quiet and works, baking sweet potatoes fits a size aluminum baking dish so do not have to worry about the drippings in the oven, perfect size for TV dinners and casserole dishes, others were smaller, so happy I got this before Thanksgiving.

I really wanted to like this thing, good size, good looks, etc. but when we tested it out we noticed that it got very hot all around it which was more then are previous model. The big deal breaker, however, is that this is just designed terribly because the top knob gets very , very hot. So much so that the area above it and to the top left side smells of burned toxic plastic!! Which is a health hazard big time plus a fire hazard that the button may melt. We even took it outside to try and see if that "toxic odor" would dissipate with repeated use but nope, it was always there and smelled terrible with the knob very hot always. In the end we were not going to deal with that and the poor engineering, potential melting/fire hazard and just retuned it.

This oven fills the bill - well. Air Fryer option is a bonus. This item was purchased as a gift for a legally blind lady who finds it almost impossible to navigate the blue window menus on so many digital control appliances. This oven: 3 knobs (Temperature, Function, and timer) that remain set in the mode last used (except timer). Most frequent use is to bake at 350 degrees. Strange how that remains set after the unit completes its cycle! Air fryer may be a little bit tricky but that was not its intended purpose. Still, a big thumbs up!

Cons first: the air fryer setting doesn't crisp and takes twice as long as it should. I'm thinking that the air fryer function just doesn't work. Time will tell. I toasted some Texas toast and also some regular bread. I overcooked the Texas toast because the timer can only be set as low as 10 minutes. You have to watch anything you toast, to be sure it doesn't burn. You also cannot turn off the timer. You can't set it for less time once you go too far either. Pros: I like the size. I baked a meatloaf in it and it came out perfect. I love that it came with a crumb pan, rack, and basket. Some have complained that the temperature setting dial heats up. Why does it matter? Once you set the temperature, leave the dial alone. Other: I wish this unit was offered in other colors besides silver. Overall: The oven is durable and made of high quality materials. I don't recommend it to anyone unless Amazon makes the air fryer work properly.

I want to really love this toaster oven. So many good things to say about it. But the one flaw that it has is the one that I can't get over. It's the knobs. They're round and smooth which look great and very stylistic. However, if you try to turn them while your hands are wet or oily, good luck. There's no grip or texture to them. It's so hard. I wish they either put some grooves for grip or put a raiser surface to grip the knob. Other than the knob, this toaster is great. It does everything my prior one did and more (including air fry). I tried the air fry and it worked well. Definitely got things toasted right up. I need to try it some more with like fries and see how it does. The grill that they provide has slits that are a bit wide. I wish those were more narrow. Would I get this again? I guess at this price, I can't complain. But I wish they would make this simple fix to the knob.
