I received this this morning. I unpacked it and put it where I was going to use it. I made a batch of cornbread with pepper jack cheese, preheated it, and 20 minutes later, I had perfectly cooked cornbread! It worked perfectly the first time out of the box. The only drawback is that the knobs get hot. I went to turn it off and it burned my fingers. I would suggest that in the future when making this, use something other than the plastic knobs. Otherwise, it's a keeper! 3/2/2026: I bought this in October 2025 and it has worked well, with the caveats listed above. For some reason, when baking bread, I was having issues, so I ordered an over thermometer. When it's set at 350, it read closer to 325, at 400, it read 375. At 450, it read correct. It works perfect for air frying and toast, but baking, you need an over thermometer.

Best Toaster Oven! This little toaster oven is a workhorse! Does everything; toasts, bakes, air frys, broils and holds way more than you would expect! Fits a large frozen pizza and I have cooked two trays of food at a time. Stays cool and does not heat the kitchen. And the price was amazing!

It is so bad that I re-read the instructions thinking that I must have been doing something wrong. I bought this to replace a great oven that I couldn't afford to buy again. There are so many bad things about this oven that I don't know where to start. Let's start with the dials. It sits on my counter top, I cannot stand up and read the settings. The dials themselves block the view of the temperatures, the modes, and the timer. Even when I bend over to read them, I can't read them.... and I have no vision issues. I cooked a meal.... tried to cook a meal... that even in a Black and Decker $30 toaster oven at work cooks at 400 for 20 minutes. I cooked it at a higher temp (425 then after 20 minutes upped it to 450! I even switched it to airfry to try to get it to cook) for 40 minutes and it was tepid at best and not cooked. I actually thought It was me. I re-read the instructions and had followed them exactly. I am putting it back in the box and sending it back ASAP. I am incredibly disappointed and will never buy another Amazon Basics kitchen appliance. It is just not worth the downtime of being without a product that I use daily. Avoid that stress by avoiding this product.

Well, what can I say except that it works well and does what a toaster oven is supposed to do. My only issue is that the timer dial is tight, so turning it off is a struggle.

I got this specifically to bake my polymer clay. Perfect size. Just make sure you keep a thermometer inside to adjust the temp if needed.

I really like the size of this toaster—it fits well on the counter without taking up too much space. The multiple settings are super convenient, and it works great overall. It even does a solid job air frying, which was a nice surprise. My main issue is with the knobs. The setting labels on the dial are already wearing off, which makes it hard to tell which setting I’m using. On top of that, the timer knob is pretty hard to grip and turn, which can be frustrating during everyday use. Performance-wise it’s excellent, but the durability and usability of the controls could definitely be better.

We normally like Amazon brand products. This particular toaster oven not so much. Within the first two months the timer button wore off up to the 30 minute mark. Well that's where you turn the knob for how long to do your toast. So that is bad. After four months the middle knob to select the cooking feature began to wear off. Bad design and quality control on this product. Please fix this.
