This is a nice sleeping bag but it does not come with a cover/ bag to put it in or a way to secure it together (clips/ a way to fasten it)

    • Versatile Double Sleeping Bag for the Right Purposes
This sleeping bag is lightweight but very versatile considering it can be a two person or separated out into two individual bags. I also like that it comes with a carrying bag. Depending on where and when you intend to camp with this, it may not be enough. I know in the campgrounds around my area, the temperatures can drop pretty significantly (40-50 degree swings are not unusual) from the day time highs. This could be a factor in deciding if this is the right sleeping bag for you. It is soft and comfortable with a silky outer layer and a fleecy/felt inner layer. While this makes it a little cozier, I personally hate the feeling of this. I didn't knock it a full star for that as that is my own thing but it's not as easy to clean while camping and it can be a little harder to maneuver inside the bag depending on what you're wearing because it can catch or want to stick to your clothing. Or, if the tiniest bit of skin is dry, it just wants to stick to it like velcro. I know, that sounds really gross but for all those reasons, a better material should have been chosen. Factoring in the temperature range of this bag, the materials, etc. this may work well for someone's needs. ... show more

I bought the amazon basics green queen sized sleeping bag. Love the ability to have as 1 giant sleeping bag or as two narrower sleeping bags. I also like the extra head zone area at the top so you don't have to have all of your pillow outside of the sleeping bag. The outside is silky and not waterproof. So if you are sleeping on a tent floor you'd want a barrier between your bag and the tent floor for condensation purposes. The inside is a dry sort of fuzzy layer. I'd prefer the inside of my bag to be silky when camping. I feel like I can then wipe grass, leaves, dirt, ect. out of it easier when camping. When rolling up to store it is has black ties vs an elastic band to keep it together. It came vacuumed sealed in a plastic bag. No funky smells or off gassing. This is awesome ! I had an old double sleeping bag that needed to be replaced bed but I didn’t want to be with a double in case we needed it for an emergency. I ordered this and it’s a lot better quality than the one I had. It’s a very compact double sleeping bag when it’s stowed away . I love the color . Good zippers , easy to zip .
