Needed a single 25pb plate and this was the cheapest as far as price. Overall, its about 25 lbs +/- an ounce or two. It seems very durable and well made. The hole is certainly one inch, had no problem mounting it on the one inch peg for my bicep/leg extension part of my bench. It doesnt look half bad too. Nothing crazy fancy, but it looks decent, uniform, and symmetrical. Versatile too due to the handles. Makes carrying it a breeze and also allows for a few lifting exercises. Overall pleased with this purchase.

The plates look and feel great and are easy to handle when installing on a dumbbell. All plates should have handles like these do! It makes them more useful in other exercises even without a bar. A momentary delay in shipping was remedied to my satisfaction. Very pleased.

Perfect, great design, and fantastic price. Size/specs are spot on; they fit my 1" solid steel dumbbell handles perfectly. Durable enamel finish. Hand grips make them easy to use with the added benefit that if I'm moving a bar they're on I have an extra hand grip!

My local Walmart doesn't sell individial weight plates anymore, so I had to travel to the nearest sporting goods store only to find that they only had a single 2.5 lb plate in stock. I considered buying the one and returning when there were more available, but instead, I pulled out my phone and checked Amazon and found that I could get four Amazon Basic brand for nearly the same price as the single one that the store was offerring. I made the purchase on my phone before I'd even got out of the store, and a couple of days later was working out with these perfectly adequate weights as a part of my convalescent fitness routine.
