Well....they work! Bought these for occasional constipation related to medication use. They provide gentle relief usually in 24 hours. Keep in mind these are a softner, not a laxative, so if you're really bound up I'd suggest SennaS ( which is this product with an added laxative, available in this brand as well) and they pack a bigger punch. But for mild constipation, this product works great, no cramps, easy to swallow gel caps, can be taken daily as a preventative measure. Highly recommend ... show more
