    • Good quality, purchase. Higher strength, take 1 instead of 2 weaker doses
This is the strongest I’ve come across by this brand. I’m happy with the product. I feel comfortable taking a higher dose because: -I save money, I can take one of these & it will equal 2 of some others. So it appears to cost a little more, but if you are taking one instead of two, that’s different. -this medication is simethicone, which (my understanding is) does not absorb into your entire system, but just goes through it. I think it works by helping little gas bubbles join together so they can move along & exit the body. It’s not that the product eliminates (sorry, bad pun) gas, it helps it leave your body so you can get rid of the bloated look & feel of a bunch of little bubbles trapped because they are small enough to create pressure & bloat, but not big enough to pass through your system as quickly. Yes, our bodies can work fine without it (for most), but why feel bloated & uncomfortable if there is another safe option? ... show more

Don't you hate being bloated with trapped gas? Who doesn't? Your pants don't fit, everything hurts. Get it out with one massive fart with these easy to swallow pills!!! Extra strength means they get me back to normal fast. Great for Aunt Betty's chilli night.

I take this anytime I feel like I have air trapped in my stomach. Not sure why but as I've gotten older I can't really drink sodas or eat some foods without being in pain for hours after. It's like I swallowed all this air and I'm not able to burp it out properly on my own. These pills help get it out and save me from a lot of stress/pain. ... show more

Did you know your abdomen is pumped full of carbon dioxide during laparoscopic surgeries? The pain from intra-abdominal gas trapped below the diaphragm rivals the pain from the actual surgery and causes shoulder/neck pain. I’ve had many procedures on one poor organ and the best bloat and gas relief comes from these and walking.
