I like the flavors & I get the recommended dosage of Calcium I need without the discomfort in your stomach,like when you take Calcium tabs directly,if you have a sensitive stomach give these a try I think you will notice the difference.& of course ck with your Doctor 1st.

Honestly, these have been a lifesaver after eating greasy or spicy foods. I usually keep them nearby because I get occasional heartburn from coffee and late-night snacks, and they work pretty fast for me. Within a few minutes I can usually feel relief starting to kick in. The berry flavors are actually pretty good too, which surprised me because most antacids I’ve tried in the past tasted super chalky or medicinal. These are easy to chew and don’t leave a terrible aftertaste. I also like the size of the bottle because it lasts a while, and the cap seals tightly so everything stays fresh. The tablets arrived in good condition with no crushed pieces inside. Small detail, but it matters. Overall, this is one of those products that’s just good to have around the house. It works, tastes decent, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. This is my go to any time I'm not feeling the best. I’ll definitely keep buying these. ... show more
