This was purchased to give as a gift. If the recipient does not like them, they will be returned before the window closes. The chair seat and cushion measures: Cushion: 14.23" width x 14.24" length. Seat: 14.23" width x 14.25" length. Comfort An adult or teen sitting on it may find it uncomfortable due to not being able to sit comfortably. The seat edge ends at the back of the upper thigh. The description reads Vinyl + Steel The chairs are lightweight. They are more like hard plastic. The chairs were spray painted. (See photos of bubbling under the paint job and small white areas.) The only way to remove one chair is by cutting carefully along the box seam. Top to bottom. Once that's done, you will notice the chairs are scotch taped at the bottom individually to the shipping cushion. (Not the chair.) Its as if the cardboard was shrink wrapped around them tightly. That helps. The chairs were shipped quickly by FEDEX on Fri. 3/10/23. If you order, keep in mind: 1) You should keep the box in tact as much as possible. 2) Inspect immediately. If they are damaged notify the seller immediately. 3) Amazon honors the return before the 30 day refund window closes. 4) PER THE SELLER, there is NO WARRANTY beyond the 30 day Amazon return window. FTC. 5) PER AMAZON, there is no FedEx pick up for the return. The buyer must take the chairs to UPS or the UPS Store. If you return, this is where the box comes in handy. (We avoid the local Crossroads UPS store because the manager is always looking for ways to profit from Amazon returns by requesting the customer buy their shipping products. We hope your experience is better.) If you are looking for an affordable folding chair and comfort is not the top priority, we highly recommend these! One star per chair.
