The chairs are great, sturdy and comfortable. We bought two boxes (20 chairs) and after opening them we only received 19. One was missing so we contacted the seller and they sent me one more chair. It was very nice of them and they are very polite and accommodating. The communication was awesome and always responded quickly. If we need more chairs we will buy these again. We are using them for parties outside on our patio and they look nice with our buffet tables. They fold up easily if you put your foot on the bottom bar on the back side.
