Love this little tabletop waterfall! I took one star off for the lack of a response from the business when I enquired about what appeared to be a broken mister & light. I heard nothing from them regarding my inquiry for a replacement. Oddly enough… after about 12 hours being plugged in - but not working… it finally started working! …. Until I unplugged it to goto bed. The next morning, when I plugged it back in - the light and mister again didn’t work for about twelve hours - before it magically started working again. I don’t know if that is normal or if there is something wrong. Will be interested to see if this happens everyday. I’d also like to give a “heads up” to all interested buyers - the waterfall spits a bit of water outside it’s container. Over the course of 12+ hours you might find quite a bit of water splattered about. I share this so you don’t place this on your favorite antique piece of furniture - Unless of course you are okay with some water damage (…not!!). But, I don’t have any worries about that. The water pump is submersible! It MUST be in the water and fits neatly in a private space tucked in the back. The mister and light has a hole in the upper back in which you thread the power cord through. Pay attention to how much water you add… otherwise it might end up pouring out the backside through this hole. And, as others have noted, when the water starts getting low - the submersible pump gets louder! That is your clue that more water needs to be added. If you run it for most of the day - you’ll need to be adding water everyday as the mister is floating your water away in the air. :)

Would of given this 5 Stars if it would of came with directions or a video even if you YouTube this product it's extremely hard to find. Also like to point out the box it came in was beat to hell and the glue was already somewhat coming off from where the wheel is at. Other then that it works Great and my family loves it.

The first mister that came with the unit did not seem to work. The red and yellow lights just blinked, and no mist was created. Customer Service was good, and they got a new mister out to me. The mister/led light unit does not have an on/off switch. It can sit there for some time just blinking, then all of a sudden the full functionality just turns on. Sometimes after several hours, sometimes after 15 minutes. I can't figure out how to make it come on when i want it to. When it does come on, the glowing and changing light patterns along with the misting effect is terrific. A very nice, warm visual. As someone else pointed out, the mister does spit out water, do don't put this right on a wooden piece of furniture, as a small puddle will collect. I put mine of a thick towel, folded over a few times, and I have to change that with some regularity, as it does get quite damp. But, all-in-all, this is a very cool fountain, and I do like it. Customer Service was very responsive and helpful.

The media could not be loaded. only saw one other review for this style fountain and it holds. ready to go out the box. all you have to to do is put the tree in (not where the water comes out the top like i did cause i’m stupid), add water, and plug it in. only complaint i have is that it doesn’t have a power button. if i want to turn it off, i have to unplug it and it’s not in the easiest of spots to turn off with the wire going behind my dresser. you may be asking why i would ever want to turn it off. which leads to my second complaint. i like sleeping in the dark and there’s no on/off switch to turn off just the light. i like listening to the sound while trying to fall asleep, but i would rather not have the light show going off at the same time. to sum up: no on/off switch for either the whole thing or just the light. otherwise great fountain

Water spilt over the side in a couple of places getting water on furniture and the pump is noisy. It did have a nice water sound otherwise.

You see I loved this fountain until all the water started coming out the hole in the back a weird way. And I had to Re glue a lot of the decor but I’ll fix it with my hot glue gun. Other than that it’s a beautiful fountain

I had ordered two of this table-top fountain as gifts with the span of several weeks. The first to arrive worked nicely, as advertised. The second leaked water badly and I returned it to Amazon. I opted to not order a replacement.
