I am not quite sure exactly how to rate this, hence the 3 stars. The rug is great! Pretty! So stinking soft to walk on in bare feet! Water beads up on it. Awesome price! It's a great rug! I ordered an 8x10. That was the size I needed & wanted. I got a box that said it was an 8x10. The rug I pulled out was a 9.5x12. I contacted the company. They took their sweet time getting back to me, so I contacted Amazon. Amazon suggested exchanging it. I felt like that wasn't going to fix my problem, but I tried it. Before the new rug showed up the company offered me a discount on a rug straight from them with a discount in the correct size. I waited on the exchange from Amazon. Low & behold I once again got another 9.5x12. It's nice, but it's just a bit big for my needs. So, I contacted the company again. They offered me a 15% discount on a purchase straight from them. I thought I'd go for that & give my son the bigger rug. Problems solved. Well... I get another email offering me a free rug in the correct size. WOW! I was a happy camper! So, a couple days later I get an email from the company asking for a picture of the box that said my 9.5x12 rug was marked 8x10. This is now 5 days after I had decided to give my son the bigger rug & purchase the correct size with a discount. That box had been hauled to the cardboard recycling bin at my local dump (because I am a responsible adult). I offered to take a picture of me measuring the too big rug, but I can't take a picture of a box I no longer have. I was then told they would have to consider the situation & get back to me. That was like a week ago. No more word from the company & still living with a rug that is bigger than I want. I'd say if you want a 9.5x12, order an 8x10! It's cheaper & you'll likely get the rug you want. Customer service has gotten back to me. They have bent over backwards to help me now. I am getting a replacement in the correct size. Once again, I can't say how much I love this rug. It truly is a wonderful rug! It is so pretty & incredibly soft. Water just beads up on it. For some reason dog's prefer to puke on rugs rather than vinyl planking. Max hasn't done that yet, but I feel certain he will & this will be SO MUCH BETTER than my last rug when he does! So much easier to clean.

These rugs are awesome. I have a dog and two cats and they frequently throw up hair balls (the cats), vomit food, or pee on rugs (she's a little dog) so it got to a point where I thought I'd need to remove every rug in my home and have no rugs but just a bare floor. However, these rugs are home washable and while size over 8x5 will probably need to go to the community laundromat, I no longer need to worry about throwing out my rugs. I'm planning to replace every single old rug in my house with these ones. So far I've purchased five of them. Trust me...they are SOFT and they feel awesome on your feet. They are made well and they look great on the floor. The price is amazing for the quality that you get. I love these rugs. I'm just happy I can sling them in the washer. They are the best thing since sliced bread. Don't hesitate to buy them.

Beautiful big rug! Very soft, we love it. It has a rubber backing so it helps with slipping. It's thiner than a regular rug and washable too. It did arrive in a square box. I was surprised. But there was no wrinkles and I'd buy another for my other room. Specially for this amazing price.

I love this rug. It’s a 5x7 washable area rug, and it completely transformed my room. The quality is excellent, it doesn’t look cheap at all, and it feels nice underfoot. I posted a picture because it really does look just as good in person. If anything, I wish I’d measured properly and gone a size up, but even the 5x7 fits nicely and ties the space together. Highly recommend.

The quality is better than expected. The texture is velvety, it is perfect for perking up the design in any room. And the fact that it's thin is a bonus...it doesn't create a trip hazard like a plush rug sometimes does.

I usually dont leave reviews but I know when I am looking for a rug these are very helpful! This rug is so pretty & way better than expected. Its thin but expected since its washable. Im using a pad underneath. Its super soft and the colors are gorgeous. Very happy for a $60 living room rug!!!

The color and size are absolutely perfect. The quality seems quite nice and durable. Within one day it laid flat and it’s true to size. It is so comfortable and soft, but I have yet to test the absorbency.

Great rug. Rolled out flat right out of the box. The design is great, it’s super soft! My kids loved rolling around on it. Seems to be water resistant, easy to clean up kid spills on it. The color/design is consistent with the pictures shown. It’s too big for our washer, so can’t speak on washability but easy to spot clean!
