A bit pricey for a blanket but I did a lot of research and this one appears to be the best one for the price. I was considering a couple of name brands for knitted weighted blankets but for the size and weight (60X80 15lbs) this one is 50$ less than the others. It feels really good and I am happy with the purchase. I like putting my fingers and toes through the holes and the material is really soft and stretchy. I wish I could try the other brands but I actually kinda feel like this one might be the best. My other non knitted weighted blanket made me so hot I’d wake up in like a pool of sweat it was kinda gross. I used this knitted weighted blanket last night and didn’t overheat at all.

Been using for a lil over a week now. Getting fond of it. In the winter months these weight blankets really shine in not only keeping you warm, but also help you to sleep better. In the summertime not so much unless you live in cooler climate. Since this blanket is knitted, air circulates better so you don’t overheat in the summer, but still keep an even temperature in the winter. Came shipped in it’s own re-useable space bag. Which is handy for storage when not in use. No offending odors emitted when the bag was opened and it needed no time at all to be fully usable. The blanket can spread enough to cover the top surface of a queen sized bed. It does shift a bit during the night and works it way down the foot of the bed (partially) if you move a lot in your sleep. (Guilty) it reminds me of a bed sized pot holder. The kind you made as as kid for your parents with those pot holder loom kits.

I absolutely love this! I’ve been wanting to buy a weighted blanket for a long time. And after the last bout of insomnia, that I had, I finally decided to pull the trigger and look for one that fit my needs. This works perfect for me because I was scared of spending this amount of money on a blanket only to overheat at night and not use it. I purchased the throw size and it’s huge. You don’t need anything bigger if the blankets is only for you. I actually prefer this size because I can also just hug the throw or put it on a part of my body also. The only improvement that I would recommend on this and also a piece of advice for anybody that is going to purchases or is thinking about it: this is basically a crocheted throw that weighs a lot… lol so you have to look on the edges of the blanket and find the locations where the crocheted parts end and begin (I’ve only found 2 on mine). When you find those and parts, I highly recommend that you take a needle and thread to sew them as well to each other so they don’t come undone through usage or washes. I also purchased separately a large mesh bag to be able to wash this eventually in the washing machine.

The color was as pictured and the material is soft but this is not a blanket… it’s a net. It also does not feel heavy enough as it is woven VERY loose… all the weight simply stretches to the sides and does not nicely distribute on your body. Your toes, arms, feet etc will get trapped/stuck in the netting. Very disappointing. Returning this item and do not recommend.
