All though I have not yet used this dolly to move anything, I am extremely impressed by the sturdiness and construction quality of this dolly. It was a a replacement for a similar, cheaper and less capable (weight capacity-wise) dolly that I bought several years ago from Home Depot. That dolly started to have aggravating issues where the wheels would not open and fold out properly, without my having to put my foot on the fold down platform and exerting maximum angry force. Even then, the wheels would fight like heck to avoid opening to their functional position. I finally got fed up with that cheap dolly and decided to purchase this one. I hope I do not have the same problems with it in the months to come.

I ordered this hand truck hoping to get a few boxes in my new place before the BIG move. It handles so much better than I expected! it is sturdy, the wheels fold out and the bottom holds the weight effortlessly. I have moved way more than I thought I would or could. There's no heavy lifting or grunting, just tip the bottom rung, and move. And the fold up is a easy as it says - out of the box and ready to use. I even tested the limits with a regent armchair. Laid it on the side, strapped it, and it handled the chair easily.. A great buy!

Okay I bought the second to least expensive one and I'm glad I did the handle is sturdy and collapses into itself which is great and it folds completely which is fantastic. It can do a whole lot but you will need some bungee cords probably which I have. I wish I had this years ago because Amazon delivery day combines a lot of purchases into one box and that can get heavy. It's very useful I live in an apartment and I can store it away and no one knows it's there. This is probably one of the best purchases I've made in the past 10 years. The wheels are smooth and roll completely quietly they fold up and together in the back as you fold up the lower part in the front where you put your packages. If you get this you will not be sorry. All you need to do is know the weight of the things that you will be moving in general and then choose the one that suits your needs. I wish everything was made with quality like this. That's it.

The handle would not extend so I returned it to Amazon. I had never returned anything before so I was impressed by how smoothly the return went, but I was disappointed that the item arrived in a defective state.
