  • The Best Hands Down!
I’ve been a huge fan of this brand. All of their items are high-quality and very well put together. It’s got a very firm pivot, so it can be a little hard to move certain ways but I find that a good thing so things will stay in place when I set it there, the color of this also with the Finish of it just really ties it all together as a luxury microphone arm, one of the best on the market, you will not be disappointed! ... show more

  • Sturdy AF
Great arm, I love it. Worth every penny. (It’s tight like a tiger).

  • It's not going anywhere
Oof, this is stiff. Makes me feel weak and puny. But it stays wherever you place it, by golly, and it is very compact and stable when folded away. It goes on tight but the clamp part has silicone pads to prevent damage, and though my mic uses a standard mount so I didn't need an adapter, this comes with some. I was using a low profile boom from FIFINE that was good but still didn't quite move far enough out of the way for my liking when not in use. If I had all the space in the world I would still rather be using that one because it actually contains the cord inside the arm instead of strapped to the arm like this one, and it's a lot easier to move but still stays in place. I have a lightweight microphone so it was plenty strong for my purposes. However, this is about as compact as you can get, and once it's installed, it's not hard to use. I strongly recommend placing the mic on the end and mounting this to your desk or table before trying to make any adjustments or strap down the cord. The instructions include an url for a YouTube video about how to install this that could help as well. This is stiffer than I need and not as sleek as other types, but it matches its description and fulfills every promise about strength and stability, so I can't knock it for being what it claims to be. If you're looking to hold a heavy mic or have a tight workspace this is a great solution. ... show more

  • Solid, but hard to move quickly
This is a bit different boom arm than I normally see. Being aluminum bars hinged is an interesting design and does help in the stiffness. However, it does take a lot of effort to move when you do want to. Not the best if you need to quickly need to readjust, but fine if you place it and leave it. Looks very industrial on the desk if you like that style. ... show more

  • Works very well
I use this to hold my microphone while I do disassembly of parts and stuff that I'm reviewing or trying to show why they broke. It works great for that purpose and keeps it firmly in the same position. It's always nice having reliable things.

  • Very Stiff
Good for keeping the boom stationary. Expect a long life if this is the dominant purpose. Thought about using it to host a camera for video of my tabletop experiments but the stiffness will be a challenge. Another company is selling the identical product with the same model number!?? There was no nut nor nut adapter in the box. Only four Velcro straps were found. The accompanying multi-lingual pamphlet had no company name or address. Draw the inevitable conclusion. There were some clips and pads but no instructions on using these could be found even online. Guess if you don't know what they are you won't have to worry about using these. As the saying goes, "... you gets what you pays." ... show more

  • Well made microphone arm
This is a strong mic stand that has not shown any signs of sagging. It is machined very tightly, so it is a little hard to move, but it stays in place when you do. It has been compatible with each mic I have tried so far. The cable management channels have been handy as it keeps the cables out of my way instead of going straight down. It also has a swivel base, which is quite nice, as it can be moved out of the way when not in use. I am using this with a glass desk, and there has not been an issue with clamping down on the glass or metal braces of the desk. ... show more

  • Mic worthy of the price
I recently upgraded from a flimsy gaming mic arm to the Ku Xiu model. The arm arrived compactly packaged and is impressively sturdy right out of the box. Its multiple joints offer excellent positioning flexibility, though it does require a bit of muscle to maneuver. When folded, it maintains a compact footprint without sacrificing stability. The clamp securely grips my desk thanks to silicone pads, and while I didn’t need the included adapters, it's a thoughtful addition. The built-in cable management channels are a fantastic touch, keeping my workspace clutter-free. The arm holds my microphone firmly in place, regardless of the angle. However, the clamping mechanism feels a bit less secure than I'd like, raising concerns about its long-term durability. Its really hard to undo it once its locked in place also. This boom is a little on the pricy side, but its solid and worth it. ... show more
