The remote that came with my wheelchair electric wheelchair does not work. I’ve tried three different sets of batteries brand new. It will not come out. Is it possible to get them to send me a new remote? I figured out my remote. I do not need a new one. You just have to hold it on button on longer than I figured but there is one thing the cushion in my chair is really thin. The one I ordered look three times thicker I need the thickest cushion for my seat you have even if I have to pay for it.

This chair was advertised as a safe and dependable mobility aid, but it is far from it. While using it on a dry, flat surface, I attempted to go up a small 2-inch rise, and the chair tipped backward, causing me to fall and injure my spine. This happened with no rain, no distractions, and while using the chair exactly as intended. It failed to provide the basic safety and stability that anyone using a mobility aid should expect. Amazon has been notified, and I am currently waiting to speak with my lawyer regarding this serious incident. I want to make sure others are aware of the potential danger before purchasing. Safety should never be compromised — and in this case, it was.

Powers up going forward, very slow on turning,overall good performance . Only draw back is I ordered a brown one, I received a”BLACK one. I was told I had to pay shipping to return . UPS quoted me the shipping cost of $700.00. Got in touch with seller, I was told that they would ship me the correct seat cushions, I was told they would notify me when they were to arrive. Been several days and no reply or seat cushions.Frindley texts just no resolution. It’s been way over a month from this review, still no word or cushions. If it didn’t cost so much to send back I would.

I have two of these wheelchairs. Got one for my 95 year old father . It worked so well I got myself one. They both operate fantastically. BUT my Dad isn’t to good at not crashing his into the wall. He damaged the arm rest. I called texted and emailed “Culver Mobility “.. no answer after weeks. I realized I purchased one from “ Alto Electronics “ I contacted them…. They sent me a new part with just a few questions. I really am thankful for how good the service is. Direct from “ Culver" I got no help. But these are premium wheel chairs. I would highly recommend them.

Doesn't automatically fold up and down as advertised. It's super heavy, I don't know how an elderly person can lift this by themselves. It takes me and another person to lift this thing into the car and I'm 41 in perfect health. Sort of ridiculous paying that much money on something that is SO CUMBERSOME.
