After an extensive search, I landed here. For the remote control and auto open and close features. The chair quality is very sturdy so far, only used a few times. The down side is: directions are minimal to nothing. The controller on the chair has a loud annoying high pitch beep with every button push. The button combinations to use for opening and closing and adding the extra remote are very tedious. Customer service is via leave a message or email through the chat box. No chat. So I still have NO idea how to open/close of the battery dies. Or how to turn off the annoying beeping. The remote control lanyard attachment hole is at the top of the remote. Very annoying. It is really heavy for a female to handle. But overall ride and safety quality is great. Just wish Breyer directions and customer service was available. No YouTube videos to be found either. Battery life gets us around Disney a full days run. Good thing since I can’t close it if the battery dies. ... show more

The battery does not last very long I went in two small stores and it was dead. I charged it when I got home and it won’t stay powered on will turn right back off.used it In manual mode since the powered chair part stopped working and the screw broke in half and shot across our Main Street so now it’s not functional. I can return it which I’m doing but I have to pay for shipping and there’s a 5-10% restocking fee so I’m losing even more money in something that doesn’t work. I wouldn’t buy this if I were you ... show more

This chair is so pretty and FAST!!!! The down side is, it is a little heavier than we anticipated. But well worth buying if you don't have to lift it yourself or if you have a wheelchair accessible vehicle... Very nice product for the price.

I have two of these wheelchairs. Got one for my 95 year old father . It worked so well I got myself one. They both operate fantastically. BUT my Dad isn’t to good at not crashing his into the wall. He damaged the arm rest. I called texted and emailed “Culver Mobility “.. no answer after weeks. I realized I purchased one from “ Alto Electronics “ I contacted them…. They sent me a new part with just a few questions. I really am thankful for how good the service is. Direct from “ Culver" I got no help. But these are premium wheel chairs.
