I love this shampoo and conditioner! My only complaint is how the seller shipped it. The conditioner exploded and half of it was wasted. Because I purchased 2, when I returned it they didn’t refund me because both products were not returned. Very frustrating considering the price.

My stylist got me on this brand and now every time I see her she tells me how great my hair feels since I’ve started using this brand of shampoo and conditioner. I have (had!) very dry, frizzy hair, live in the desert, and have hard water. Now my hair is soft, shiny, and well moisturized. I have NEVER spent more than $10 on a bottle of shampoo, but as I’ve gotten older I want to make sure I keep my hair healthy. This shampoo may be on the expensive side but it is so concentrated that it seems to last forever, so it is well worth the price. I am also obsessed with the smell. I used this shampoo along with the conditioner for years until my hair stylist said I should change to another brand. I did for a year but was not pleased how dry my hair became. So I’m happy to say I started using it again and my hair feels healthier.

I had horrible dandruff from a lot of shampoos. Even the dandruff shampoo (head and shoulders) gave me dandruff. But after I started using this one--dandruff is gone! my hair looks great. Shampoo works great and your hair will feel amazing but it is very expensive. This is the second time I’ve ordered and each time my package has came in a mess like this and it waste product. As expensive as this is I want to use every last drop. Very disappointed that my bottle was busted open

I saw this product showcased on a YouTube channel and decided to give it a try because I've been so disappointed in all the shampoo products I've tried lately. During my first use, I put some product on my hand and applied it to my hair and it foamed and became sudsy right away, compared to what I've used lately which meant I had to pour 1/8 cup of product into my hand and apply and then do it AGAIN to get any cleansing.
