Had this for 2 months now, still running and still have yet to hit a block. Super easy set up with an app and Wi-Fi makes this very easy to place. Noise level is as advertised, very slight humming during the night nothing more. Good as a mini heater you can place in front of you.

Wanted to give this some time to ensure all worked properly. Received it December 20th, took a little time to set it up but one it was setup properly it worked great. But unfortunately the device shut down on 1/30/2026 and nothing I have done will get it to power back on. The adapter has power/the white signal light is on at the power adapter but the device itself will not come on. Would like the seller to contact me so we can troubleshoot, tried finding their POC but have been unsuccessful.

Works like a charm stays steady at 6.7 I never have to mess with it and the app helps out a lot !!! It does get a little hot if you run on high constantly but I use fans without any problems !!!

If the software was better, this would get 5 stars. The miner itself works like a champ but don't expect the power supply to last long if you constantly run this in high mode. High mode draws approximately 130-132 watts from a power supply rated to 140w. The supply gets pretty warm to the touch so I have been running this in Medium mode (approx 5.1 th/s) The Avalon app for your phone is pretty limited in what you can do with it and the web page pretty much just gives you basic stats on the miner and the ability to edit your pool info. You do not have the ability with the app nor the web page to view the mining logs Perhaps they will implement the ability to view the runtime logs in the future. While I think this is a really good piece of hardware, I think my next home miner purchase will be a rev 6 nerdQaxe +++ rated for 6 th/s @100 watts.

Amazing. So here's the math. I have owned several miners in the past. I stopped mining after the last halving running a S19j XP which is a generation 7 miner @ 3370 watts. It was extremely loud and get extremely hot. This is a generation 8 miner. It runs at 134 watts on high power. I can barely hear it running. It does get warm. Power supply is hitting 123⁰ F. Actual unit 160⁰ F internal. Exhausting 80⁰ F, but I cant feel the exhaust over about 16" away. Installation was not terrible. The little SIM eject key is for the Factory Reset, which I did have to do because I messed up the password a couple time. The Avalon app is not terrible, but I would also like the option to use the IP address, which is not an option at all. It just pops up a QR code to force you to use the App. In 15 minutes I was hashing at 6.6TH/s. Now that I not going to make you a millionaire, probably ever, but at such low power consumption, this is a heck of a deal for simple home mining.
