I just opened the package and it came broken..there is 2 legs on the bottom that will not support it at all. If you have carpet it will definitely fall forward..not a sturdy base for all that water.. Very pretty but the legs would crack no matter what as the bottom legs should be alot thicker to handle the weight...I wish I could get another one as This one came broken on both legs...It just came in the mail 3 hours prior of me opening it... ... ... show more

I would have give this product a 5-star, unfortunately, the pump motor is way….too noisy for indoor ave size Single-family home. I measured the noise level and consistently getting ave 40db. Customer can’t really resolve the issue. So i proceed to install soft like sponge within the interior wall of the base and got down to a low 40db. It just way too loud for indoor use ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The best thing I can say about this is that you're getting what you paid for. It looks just as cool if not cooler in person than in the pictures. Seriously, it's so cool. It makes a low buzz that's easy to ignore especially if you work with headphones like me. Did I mention that it looks really cool? I'm a big fan of novelty lighting so this should be an easy 5 stars for me. However the worst thing I can say about it is that for the impressive price point, some things still didn't work quite right. One of the jets consistently shoots bubbles off to the left at the base (see picture) and when on RGB fade mode it can't seem to transition from red to purple so it awkwardly flashes between the two, which REALLY bothers me (the video doesn't quite do the awkwardness justice). And this is minor but I wasn't given quite enough rocks for the base so I had to stick the vast majority into the front pocket to make it look good. Now I doubt these issues will affect everyone, but still, if I'm going to be paying over half a thousand dollars for a water feature I feel like I should be able to expect it to function like it's supposed to when it's brand new. That being said, assembly was pretty easy for something this large and unwieldy. The actual electronics are incredibly simple, and most of my setup time was spent running to safeway multiple times to get enough distilled water to fill the deceptively large tank. 10/10 would set up again. Overall if you have money to throw around and don't mind a few kinks here and there, I think this is a great, relaxing addition to an office or living space. All of my friends are going to be super jealous, I'm sure. But MAN I wish the fade mode worked. ... show more

Bubble fountain is beautiful and noise is minimal (low hum); mine is set up in living room next to a storage cabinet away from the TV. It was packaged well, however, the air pump arrived with a dial button broken off from one end and the pump did not function properly. Alpine Customer Service promptly sent a replacement and unit is now working properly. The air jets on the ends of the unit are difficult to reach without using needle nose pliers, otherwise, not difficult to set up. ... show more

I received my first fountain and fully assembled it and it was beautiful until I went to turn it on and it would not light up.
