Beautiful dresser however one of the handles fell off and I can’t get a replacement part. It’s not even 2 years old and Ashley will not help me. Amazon says it’s out of warranty and I can’t order a replacement part. I’m willing to pay for it, no one can help me.

Great quality delivery sucked. They tried to get me to sign it was ok while still in the box. It was suppose to be white glove it was not. Order it direct from Ashely so it will be delivered correctly.

    • Happy but a little bittersweet…

We absolutely love this dresser. We had ordered the Ashley Bolanburg end table (the narrow one) but the description on those didn’t match the description on this Ashley Bolanburg dresser as far as color goes. However they do match. They (dresser and end table) are more of the cream white with an antique grey/brown top. The hardware matches as well. People have mentioned that it has a smell to it and we agree, but it doesn’t stink up our clothes. We were concerned after reading all the delivery complaints about NSD. However, the delivery with NSD was earlier than expected and they communicated with us via phone call and text to let us know when it would be here. It arrived February 10th, and wasn’t due till the 14th. Sadly, it had minor damage. It can easily be fixed and fortunately it is on the back side. While we were thankful this damage wasn’t huge, this will probably cause us not to order a huge piece like this again because it is a risk we aren’t willing to take again. We feel it was packaged pretty well, but obviously needs improvement to avoid getting damaged at all. Overall we are very happy with this lovely piece of furniture. When I discovered that it had to be delivered through a freight company, I then became concerned. From experience, I know how most dock workers handle a loose carton that’s not secured to a pallet or skid. As I thought, the bottom part of the carton was torn. It looked from, still in the carton, to be ok. The delivery people was advised not to unpack it, as I had decided to leave it in the box until I move. When I opened it the same evening, I discovered some minor damage to the bottom and sides of the dresser.
