I just got my fountain set up this weekend so here are a few thoughts in no specific order. 1.) as soon as picked up the box it just felt very light based on what I was expecting for a fountain this tall. As I opened the box and pulled out the fountain I was a little put off by how very thin the metal is. Visually it doesn't matter- it's long term durability concerns if it starts rusting. Would not take much rust to completely eat away some of the panels. 2.) Setup was easy. Took like 10 minutes start to finish. Only thing to be aware of is to make SURE you turn the pump all the way to LOWEST flow, and check it submerged in a kitchen sink or bucket to make sure which way you have turned the control on the pump. I turned it the way they wrote in the manual, and thought it was lowest so I was a little bummed when I first turned it on after setting everything up and filling it with water because water was splattering out onto the floor. Not a ton but enough to keep the area around the base completely soaked. I decided to check it again and turned the opposite direction and that made all the difference for the better. The flows on each tier are no perfectly smooth and almost no splashing. A few tiny droplets from time time time but since this is outside it's not even really noticeable (it's on a slate base beside my front door, outside). 3.) As several have mentioned DO NOT REMOVE THOSE BLACK sponge looking baffles!!! They serve a purpose. With those in place the water come out in beautiful smooth sheets. 4.) I added an led light strip to the back of it and it backlights the fountain in the alcove and does look pretty freaking spectacular (SEE VIDEO & PHOTO ATTACHED). If you get one I suggest no longer than 12 feet. I got a 16ft strip and had to double it around 2 passes up and down the back, but again, it looks great. It has a remote and can be set to almost any color you want using Red/Green/Blue adjustments on the remote. Pretty slick. I selected a deep blue & it looks like something you would see in a hotel on Miami Beach. I also got a submersible light with remote for charging colors. 5.) Check prices!! I paid $474 for this fountain in Jun 2021, and as of today, Sep 20, 2021, I see its now just $304!! I would feel a lot better about this fountain at $300 vs $474, but still, It does look perfect for the space and if I get 3-4 years out of it I will be happy. Conclusion: Looks and operates great; slightly lightweight materials give me a little concern for durability. Overall very pleased now that I got the waterflow right! If you can get it close to the $340ish current price I would recommend it. Go for the backlights also!

This fountain is light weight and the water makes good amount of pleasant water sound to mask the traffic noise. No there is no leaking and the water flows just like the video from Amazon. One buyer said to run fingers through the black mesh of each tier to make the water flow out correctly so it wont splash the water and it worked. Water will spill out when there's wind. Other than that it's a great outdoor feature. Sadly, after terrific use of this fountain in the summer and fall to winter came in Los Angeles, the fountain is leaked and has tons of rust. I dont think i want to re-purchase again. The material is prone to rust and the manufacturer should think about this....

I bought this in May of 2022, but did not set it up immediately. Initially it was beautiful, but getting the flow to work and the water to smoothly cascade was a problem. Once I adjusted the pump a few times, used the included foam pieces to adjust the flow rate I managed to nail the flow and it was beautiful and peaceful. Unfortunately if it is breezy, the wind affects the falling water and creates major splashing, but there was no fix for that, it was just something to be aware of. All of this was workable, and I really enjoyed the fountain a lot. Sadly the coating soon began to peel and flake off and the metal below showed clear signs of rust. If this was an iron fountain rust would have been ok as iron can rust and maintain some integrity. Sadly, a few weeks ago the unit completely drained and has failed with a major leak at one of the seams. I can assume it was a weld, or a metal folded joint along the bottom (largest) basin that failed as 109% of the water has drained. In my opinion, when I buy a metal fountain it should absolutely last more than 2 years, or in this case closer to 18 months. I mean, I understand it’s metal, but you sold me a fountain for well over $200, why shouldn't I expect it to last at least 5 years? Less than 2 years is an incredible disappointment. So now this entire fountain is just trash? I’m pretty unhappy about this. I really, really enjoyed the unit until it failed.

Pretty nice after some modifications but wet surroundings and sounds like a creek! The fountain has a larger pump than any of my 4 garden fountains and is working well. Water sounds are pretty noticeable, so if you like the quiet little trickle in the background this is not for you! The fountain seems mostly sturdy, I have yet to find one that is actually made well but this one is not leaking and with the help of a piece of wood under the front of the big basin is now also straight (see video)! I placed the fountain against the wall on my roofed patio. It's protected from the wind on all but 1 side but as you can see in the video, it takes a pretty small breeze to bring about a spill. The basins have a much higher capacity of water volume than most fountains, however the spills pretty big too, hence the floor around the pump will be permanently wet and fountain refills are needed often. Lastly, my experience with garden fountains tells me that they tend to accumulate organic debris and algae forms subsequently, plucking the pump and piping. This fountain is very open and accurates leaves, bird residue and insects faster than the average fountain (also depending on it's proximity to trees or other sources of course). So I modified the open lower basin by adding metal screen ($7 per roll at Hardware stores) held in place by a gray 3D printed frame (libraries often have 3D printers), and by a metal cabinet table ($5-10 at Hardware stores). Decoration can be added, the mesh (visible in the video) will still be trimmed.

I really wanted to love this fountain. Here’s the truth. I hmmed and hawed over this fountain for a long time. I even returned another one for this one. I read the reviews and even though it was a mixed bag, I went for it. But here’s the truth. Love the modern design. This fountain sounds so nice when it’s going. So easy to set up. I took all the advice of recent reviewers, made sure it was level, put in some rocks, turned it down. Once I got it all dialed in it seemed beautiful. Fast forward a month, I have to fill it at least once a day. And it’s not even windy. Not sure if there’s a leak but I noticed the splashing is ridiculous. Also I’m already noticing some rust, probably from all the splashing. I’m super bummed but I am returning the fountain. It has worked for some, but too high maintenance for the price.

We are planning to build a little deck on the side of our house so we wanted to get a water feature. We looked at a few at local big box hardware stores and also smaller garden stores and they were EXPENSIVE. We found this one and it was even a little discounted so we figured we'd give it a try. We were SO pleasantly surprised. It has a lovely sound. We also like the simple, contemporary style. We ended up replacing the pump with a solar-powered one, which doesn't have quite the same power as the electric one, but we are still very happy with the water flow volume and sound. One thing to note is that if it's outside, the wind will blow the water out of the troughs, so you can't put it anywhere that can't get wet.

It’s very nice. Changing my review. This pretty stupid and they never tested it outside or on a breezy day. Poorly designed for outdoor use. As the water slashes out you have to keep the bottom tank VERY FULL of water, or you will get a “tinny” sound because the sides are so thin. Also, be prepared for a lot f splashing. The cascading water is somewhat violent and it splashes. And a windy day makes it worse.

When I first moved into my new home, I had looked at this fountain. Unfortunately, I purchased another and was disappointed with it. Finally, I broke down and bought this one (the one I wanted in the first place.) The sound of the water is soothing and looks beautiful as it cascades from one level to the next. The instructions do warn you about turning it off in windy weather because the water will fly out and the pump could run dry. No problem because I always turn it off at night or if I'm not going to be outside to enjoy it. The fountain is worth the money.
