I like this metal fountain. It was very easy to put together, and the design looks beautiful especially for indoors. It adds a peaceful touch to the space and works great as a decorative garden feature. Even though a little water drips out of place (you can see it on the lower right flower) occasionally, it’s honestly not a big deal and doesn’t take away from the overall experience, it's rather charming. This tiny drip might not occur in your fountain, and the drip falls within the fountain so no mess (again, it's really no big deal) THE GOOD - Fast and easy to assemble - Only a few simple parts to put together - Nice-looking metal fountain design that looks great indoors - Lightweight enough to move around when needed THE BAD - A small amount of water can drip out of place but within the fountain sometimes, it’s minor THE UGLY - (None) ... show more

I absolutely love this fountain. It’s not too big and not too small. It’s perfect for my small patio. I love the soothing water sound and love the cute cups hanging. The second time I tried using it, it took over 10 mins for the water to flow. I thought it was a defect, so I wrote their customer service an email. They wrote me right back and asked some more questions. I was so busy during the week, so I couldn’t write back and the CS kept writing to make sure that I actually got their email. I did write back saying that I will get the information over the weekend but when I tried to turn on the fountain again, it worked fine so I didn’t bother getting back to the CS. The CS remembered and followed up again! I was very impressed on his follow up and really appreciated it. :) That really shows me that they care about their products and image to make sure that customers are happy with their purchase. I love it! I usually don’t write reviews but this was worth mentioning. Thank you! :) ... show more

I really wanted to like this but for the price I just cannot justify it. I wanted to send it back but there are stipulations as to the return that I did not see when ordering and I do no want to take the chance of returning the product and not receiving the full refund because they chose not to like the condition of the product or I might have to pay a restocking fee, or I might receive no refund at all and have nothing to show for it. Even though I am NOT happy with its functions it is a neat looking fountain. This fountain has very little to no sound so if you are looking for something that has a loud trickle this one is not for you. The hanging cups come with screens that you can use to keep debris out but these screens also decrease the sound of the water. The 38" tier of cups is top heavy so if something bumps it, it will topple over. Poor Design I have had mine for about 3 weeks and it is already showing rust spots. The water line that feeds up the water fountain 38" and connects to the pump is a cluster mess. The pump is way too small to push enough pressure up 38" for a nice flow of water. The electrical cord and water line get in each other's way causing the water line to kink if your not careful when setting it up not to mention the aesthetics of the electrical cord that hangs up and over the rim of the bowl. The electrical cord should feed out through the side of the water bowl and not up and over. Poor Design The bowl Is pretty shallow and holds maybe ½ gallon of water which is not near enough in the southwest heat. As soon as the water siphons up 38" it drains almost ½ of the bowl water. The water evaporates and splashes out very quickly so I have been having to fill it up twice a day and then top it off a third time before going to bed so it will make it throughout the night without burning up the pump. I finally just unplugged it. For the price I absolutely recommend shopping around especially due to their refund policy. I follow all of Amazons Review guidelines for posting reviews and this is my second review for this fountain as my first review was rejected but do not know why. My first review stated the same as this review only I attached pictures in the first review and decided to leave the pictures out of this one to see if it would post. ... show more

    • P120 is not the replacement pump

I got this in March 2025 and honestly, I loved this fountain and still love it......BUT the pump started making a horrible intolerable noise. So I looked for the replacement pump - the user manual you can click on the listing says the replacement pump is P120. So I ordered that. Received it this weekend and just got it all setup and nope, definitely not the right pump!!! My lines are all clear as evidence that you can lay the line horizontally and water comes right out, but it will NOT send the water all the way up and out no matter which setting the pump is on. So please do not buy the P120 pump for this fountain. I will have to find some other pump that is stronger to hopefully get this fountain going again. ... show more
