I think it's pretty great. I had no trouble with potatoes and zucchini. The carrots worked but not as well because you need to use a wide vegetable to make it go across the whole blade. I didn't have any trouble with it jamming up. It does leave a core about the size of a pencil, so the entire veggie doesn't get used, but it's easy enough to chop it that up. Item works great however I did slice my finger really bad with the blade on top being so exposed. It was an accident on my end but now I’m missing part of my finger. Please be carful when using.

Nice gadget for spiraling squashes, cucumbers, etc. Has adjustment for 3 widths which is great. The blades are super sharp so there's no struggling with it, however the catch cup is small and I find it easier to just spiral into a bowl or frying pan. Due to the shape it is a little cumbersome (not ergonomic by any means), but once you get the hand of it it works out ok. Cleaning is a bit of a pain between the blades unless you have a thin straw brush. This is a compact little unit, so it is easy to store away in a kitchen drawer or cabinet.
