The pillow and memory foam is of good quality. It's just a bit too firm for my taste... it gives good support so it's helpful when I need something extra but I prefer a softer foam.

This bad boy is thick. At first, I thought I wasn’t going to like it because it really did have an effect on my neck, but once I started using it as a second pillow underneath my primary pillow, everything changed. It adds just the right amount of lift and firmness without sliding around, which makes it great whether you’re a single-pillow sleeper or someone who likes a solid base layer. The dual-firmness design is a nice idea, though honestly, I can’t really tell much difference between the two sides. That said, it still feels high quality and dense in a good way. Like most memory foam products, it had that factory smell at first, but after about 48 hours in a well-ventilated room, it was barely noticeable. Now it’s just pure comfort.

Hey, Goldilocks, if you're looking for a pillow that's "not too soft" and "not too hard", here it is! I've tried other memory foam pillows and either feel like my head is sinking in (too soft) or supported but resting on a brick (too hard). This pillow is the perfect balance of firm memory foam and comfortable softness. I usually use a firm memory foam pillow with a fluffy bamboo pillow on topic for softness, but this pillow was comfortable all by itself. I opened it and fluffed it a bit, then left it alone. When I came back to it, it had fully expanded to nicely fill its pillow cover. It's a little bit shorter than my other queen pillows, but I don't miss the difference. I do notice the chemical smell that seems to come with all new memory-foam productcs, but I'm sure it will dissipate quickly. All in all, this is a high-quality product that delivers an excellent night's sleep.

I received this pillow for free, and honestly, I didn’t expect it to be this good. It’s extremely comfortable! The moment I lay on it, I can feel my neck pain start to ease up, and it almost feels like my spine is being gently stretched out. I can sleep on my side or my back, and either way, it supports my head and neck perfectly without losing its shape. What I really like is that it stays nice and cool throughout the night, no overheating or flipping the pillow for the cool side. The dual firmness design is also a big win!! It does say that one side is firm, the other is soft but honestly I wasn’t able to feel the difference. It felt the same to me, but that’s not really a bad thing. The build quality feels premium, and it’s clear ALPHA HOME really thought about the ergonomics behind it. This is easily one of the best pillows I’ve ever tried it’s not just comfortable but actually helps my posture and neck alignment too. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants comfort and real support while sleeping.

This pillow is a great choice! Pros: NO gross chemical smell when it arrived Fluffed up within a few hours Pillow is clean, excellent quality stitching, very soft, good bounce to fluff ratio. I tried this a few different ways. First on my back, and honestly, I was shocked how well I slept. This pillow didn’t get hot and sticky, it actually kept fairly cool all night. I also used it as a between the knees pillow( I just had a knee replacement) and I was able to sleep on my side without pain for the FIRST time since I had my surgery a month ago! That was sooo nice!! Cons: None This is a great buy! It’s an incredible pillow at a fair price. That is hard to find now a days. I already ordered a second one for my husband :)
