Initially, I loved this product! It worked great. We have only had it a little over a month and do not even leave it on very long. Randomly it turned off and stopped working and now it does not work. Yes, I have checked my breaker and tried different outlets. Very disappointed as we loved using it.

I loved the first test of this fireplace but all this company provides in the owner's guide is an email address which they NEVER respond to. I emailed them the following question the day I tested the fireplace and have not received ANY answer so PET OWNERS BEWARE!!! "We just received our Alpaca Tabetop Fireplace Heater Model SF-2231B. I initially ran it 3 hours last night making sure I kept our small dog locked in another room in the house during this time due to your Pet Owners Note on p. 4 of the instructions manual. Is this long enough to burn off the manufacturing corrosion coatings or should we run it longer before exposing our small dog to being in the same room as the heater?" ... show more
