Truth be told, You get what you paid for.. It helped me sweat while working out but not as much as I expected. I ordered a xxl and it fit well. I wear a xl in shirts.

I bought the 7xl because my bust/chest area is around 49inches and wider than my waist area - I have an apple-shaped bodyish. When I tried it on, it was just a tad bit more roomy in my bust area. But it isn't anything I would complain over because it's actually a nice and comfy fit. I may exchange the one I received and size down 1 size though. I might prefer the tighter fit. I wear a size 2x in clothes and weigh 227 lbs.

I would love to give this sauna vest a perfect rating.... does it make me sweat? YES! HOWEVER!!, It is also sewn badly, the fabric was not cut properly and as a result it does not fit nor wear like it should. It is also already falling apart. I'm so disappointed. I'm hoping to be able to get it replaced for a better made one. None of the sticking lines were made straight and as a result of that the material that is inside the vest, the material that makes you sweat and hold you in tight is ripping all over the place. I would like to also add that this vest is not too small for me it is in fact a bit too big. I ordered a size 4XL because of reading the reviews and not being sure what size to go with but a 3XL would have been better. If you purchase thise take a CLOSE look at the stitching and make sure that the velcro pieces are sewn correctly. Mine are not and as I stated before that is the cause of why it is not functioning as well as it could be. I have only washed it once, hung it to dry after, and I've only had the chance to wear it a couple times. I recently started working out in it when I noticed the tear in the back part of the vest on the inside material. I also noticed that it started to roll up once I was actually working out in it. I'm not sure if that is just what it does or if its because of how it was made. I would definitely recommend this product but I would also recommend that people inspect it well and request a replacement for anything that is not right. For specs - Height: 5'4 Weight: 268lbs Side note: I also measured my self the way the chart shows to and my numbers in some areas were bigger than their largest size but as I stated, the size I got is a bit too big. I would recommend looking through the photos at the people who posted themselves in it and mentioned the size they bought so you can get a good idea. ,

Does make you sweat. Love that it comes in large sizes. Even for the more fuller figures ladies, but it doesn't come low enough to support the lower abdomen/fupa area, which is why I reeeeeeally wanted it. So now I'll be searching again for something else for that reason. FOLLOW THE SIZE CHART PROVIDED BY THE SELLER, EITHER WAY. It does constantly ride up during movement/exercise and wont stay down so it sorta defeats the purpose unless youre only targeting the upper body. Even treadmill walks so im constantly pulling it down even with the belt adjustment. Therefore I really only see it helping for the upper body/abdomen. I still wear mine though to actually target that area. For those reasons it could stand to be priced a little lower unless adjustments are made for new future vests
