This is a nice inverter to permanently mount in your car, truck or RV. This is theoretically capable of pulling 83.3A so it must be connected directly to the battery or appropriately rated heavy gage cable. Refer to cable sizing charts to confirm size before using this with cables other than the provided set. The cables are large enough for the length provided which I believe is 2 feet. The cables are flexible and well made. This will power many items without issue and seems to provide clean power to fans etc. I have other inverters that don't power fans well, the others make the fan hum loudly and high, medium, and low are the same speed. This inverter does not have this issue. The lugs to attach the cables are large and can be tightened by hand. The lugs are brass. This does not include a fuse so I will use an MBRF fuse and holder. MBRF fuses come in many amp rating sizes and are available on Amazon. They are easy to install with just a wrench. Make sure to torque all connections correctly and make sure that your battery is capable of handling the current that this inverter can pull. Has a fan for cooling and two standard 3 prong outlets.

You don't need this until you do and then it is too late. Prepare ahead of time to power small electrical items under 1000 watts while connected to a 12 volt battery. Great for power outages and travel, no more concern waiting for somewhere to plug something in when power is not available. It includes the positive and negative battery cable and has a on/off switch. You will be very happy to have this when the power goes out and you need to charge a phone or use a light or small appliance. It will handle a surge of 2000 watts briefly as something is starting up a using more energy. The mark of a good inverter is when the power output is sine wave or computer grade power. This one has it. If you have solar power coming through a solar controller into a battery, this inverter can take that stored energy and offer two standard plugs for any device you choose if it uses less than 1000 watts continuous. Each device has a label showing the wattage it uses. Buy it and be glad you did when you need it.

This showed up the other day and I was able to check it out some. I took the inverter and strapped it to a 12V 100ah LiPo battery and hooked up the wires. With this I was able to run a drill for a few hours and still had power. It ran flawlessly and the drill ran fine on the power supplied. The inverter itself seems to be a standard unit like a thousand others out there. Nothing really special about it. Its seems to be well made. Wires hooked up with ease and it ran pretty quiet while I was working. Dont think I heard the fan run at all during the couple hours I was working with it yet the unit never really got too warm. I was keeping it in the shade the whole job. All in all for a pure sine wave inverter like this, well worth the price.

I really wanted a 2000w inverter but this was so affordable I ordered it. 1000 watts is good enough to run a larger appliance. It was easy up hook up. Came with nice cables that I easily connect to a battery. The fan is not quiet, but not loud. At least it will keep it cooler. It has two outlets and a port for a remote. These inverters use power just being powered so turn off when not using. Others often have USB ports also. This one doesn't which is fine since it have USB ports elsewhere. Don't need them in the inverter. Nice, simple, working inverter. Very easy.

I am a SCCA (Sports Car Club of America) member and race my car on several weekends each summer. I take my car to the track in an enclosed trailer tricked-out so I can also sleep and eat there. I have a generator, mini fridge, cot to sleep on, etc. and this Sine Wave inverter was a great addition this past weekend. Being off grid at the track, it is great to be able to charge the battery of my phone and laptop via the inverter. This inverter is lightweight, but well made and did the job.
