I love this item, it makes cutting pizza and other foods really easy. I did have to sharpen it when I received it, but it was still sharp before hand. The handles feel nice and makes it easy to chop down. The blade is strong and I do not fear bending/breaking it. It fits very nicely into the kitchen drawers . Like with other wooden handled items, don't soak the entire thing, that can warp the wood its self. The blade is easy to clean though, just be careful you don't slice your fingers. ... show more

As described - other than we can't figure out how to keep the cheese from sticking to the blade. I block oiled the wood portions of the handle. It cuts quickly & straight. It's the perfect size for our medium round pizza pies. It's easy to use, awkward to clean
