The pillow turned out to be an excellent fit for me. Some reviewers says it is a bit too hard, which is true, but works for me. I have had a few neck pillows in the past that were either too soft or too low, and in the end they didn't help with my recurring neck pain. At first I thought too that it may be too dense but upon sleeping on it the first night, it worked great. It supports the weight of the neck as it is supposed to do so. I use it in conjunction with a regular standard pillow. I put this one at the base of the standard pillow inside the pillow case so that it stays in place and doesn't roll around. I bought this for my husband who has had neck injuries. He likes it and it has helped him sleep better and not wake up with a stiff neck. The pillow is a little too short, wish it was a little bit longer. Overall a good product and value for the price.

I’ve spent thousands on pillows. Cervical, cube, even an aqua pillow once. After recently feeling crazy neck pain with my current pillow, I tried this one. It is fantastic. It warms up/gets more pliable as the night goes on and really supports me on my back and side. I’ve tried on my belly but don’t feel comfortable enough to sleep. This one made my neck pain go away. Per the advertisement this was supposed to be a comfortable Memory foam. I use a lot of memory foam products and this was more like a hard rock with little give by the normal neck. I tried to use it for a short while to see if it would change with body warmth, even with a light pillow case over it to keep it clean. NOPE, it wouldn't budge and left me more sore than prior to trying it for a couple of hours! Unless you're a very large person I don't suggest this one. ... show more

Purchased this product for a recent trip. I used it as both a neck pillow on busses and airplanes and in hotel beds to provide more support. It worked really well for that! I was able to remove and hand wash the outside cover, and the whole pillow dried fully after accidentally falling into a river. I think it is excellent at providing support but I do not think it will help remove pain as it has no traction. Would recommend to anyone just thinking if it is worth it or not! ... show more

I bought this pillow to support my upper back and neck in a recliner. The fabric cover is lovely and soft, but the foam core is very hard. It does the job, but it's not very relaxing.
