The pressure is strong enough to relieve tension but still comfortable. The heat function is especially helpful. I’ve been using this back massager for a few days and overall I’m very happy with it. The heat function feels wonderful — it really helps loosen up my lower back muscles after a long day. The massage nodes are strong enough to give a deep kneading feeling, but not too intense. I like that it’s easy to use on a chair or sofa, and it doesn’t take up much space. It’s perfect for relaxing after work or before bed. The design is simple, and the heating warms up pretty quickly. The only small downside is that the massage area doesn’t reach very high up to the shoulders, so if you’re taller you might need to adjust your position a bit.
