The platform was delivered in a timely matter. The box was a tad beat up, but the platform was in a good condition. I finally put it together and might I add - on my own! I'm 34 and a go getter! Determination baby! The instructions were super easy to follow. I put it all together in an hour and a half. With one break because my fingertips were going to fall off lol. The mattress gets delivered today, so we shall see how it falls together. I might have to get a carpet because it does slide on hardwood floor. But again, easy fix! I will follow up once the bed is fully installed. ... show more

Looked a really long time Before ordering a bed... Look for for something I could afford but wanted something that would last...... Ordered this bed based on the reviews for sturdiness.... I've had it for several weeks and I'm very happy with it.... Very easy to assemble... Definitely sturdy...and I am not a tiny person... And really pretty.... I was a little concerned about reviews mentioning the gap between the mattress and headboard..... I have a pillow top mattress with a 3 inch memory foam and it is just perfect.. I did not use a Box spring....The one and only thing that I Don't like is that from the side there are like 3 different legs.... The headboard Leg is square fabric, The middle leg is metal, And then you've got the round leg at the footboard..... This kind of drives me crazy.... I really don't want to put a bed skirt so I'm thinking I'm gonna have to live with it or figure out a way to fix it..... This probably would not bother most people...
