I never thought I'd buy a bed frame from Amazon., but here we are. I needed to buy a semi-temporary bed frame for an older relative; they were relocating within their house, and it was easier to buy a new bedframe rather than disassembling and moving their older bed. I had low expectations for this frame, and I've been really pleasantly surprised! Got this in the dark gray, and it's exactly as shown. The queen size is, well, queen sized -- queen sized mattress fits perfectly. It was easy enough to assemble. I'm fairly handy, but did it alone in about a half hour. The directions were SUPER easy to follow, and I don't think I needed any additional tools (maybe a few allen keys?). It's been a couple of months, and I'm happy to report that this frame is still holding up really well. It looks as good as new, and holds my family member, and their 2 large dogs with no signs of sagging, build issues, or anything else. I'll definitely consider buying another one when I need another bed frame.

Great Value. Looks good, feels sturdy. I've moved it a few times all with great success rebuilding it. And even contacted customer service when I thought I lost some screws during one of those moves and they were receptive and helpful. Would definitely buy again.

In short I wanted a bed frame that was sturdy, had a lot of slats and was stylish. This checked all the boxes. Pair it with a 13 inch mattress. No box spring. All set. Alright here is the details. After much deliberation I chose this bed frame. Days of back and forth on if I should just get a more expensive bed frame from a traditional retailer or just get a cheap metal bed frame ect ect. I stumbled upon this one and felt it had the cozy styling I was looking for at a mid range affordable price. I wanted a bed frame that had a lot of slats to support a mattress without a box spring, which this bed frame has. The padding is decent. I am a 24 year old guy with basic knowledge of building kind of budget furniture and Id say this is something anyone can build. With that being said I suggest having a middle aged handy dad with a power drill to come provide some help*insert home depot music here*. I have not experienced any of the issues other people listed in their reviews with pieces popping apart. The side wings are maybe the trickiest part but if you follow the instructions and screw them in properly you wont have an issue. Your next question: what kind of mattress fits it best? I got a 13.5 inch mattress from macys and I found that to be perfect. It brings the top of the mattress over the gap between headboard and platform while leaving plenty of actual headboard space above the mattress. No other box spring or base. Lux Brookton 13.5 plush matress by serta. Ordered from macys and that is very comfortable. I saved money on the bed frame and spent a bit more on the mattress. Would recommend. I hope this helps build confidence in your decision to get this bed frame. Also I chose the dark grey. I will update if anything changes.

Omg. I completely fell in love with my new bed. I needed a king size bed but did not want to spend a ton of money, and found this awesome bed. It’s sturdy, and the perfect color. It fit my home aesthetic, and would highly recommend this for your home. I’m completely fine with the height, but if given a choice I would add a few inches, but it’s no big deal. Assembly was easy, the bed was put up within an hour, I followed along with a video on YouTube. 2 month update: I layed in bed today and noticed the side panel on the headboard was detached. After a few minutes of unscrewing and rescrewing, it was fine. While I had the mattress off, I went ahead and tightened up some of the screws that had loosened up a little bit. I’ve made a mental note to check the screws every few months. But overall the bed is still doing its job, still sturdy, makes no noise, wooden rails under mattress is fine.
