The product works, for now. It's not perfect, but, it'll do. Both blinds came in with parts not in place and it took some time to put it back together. The system is simple but I would appreciate a better quality.

Do NOT purchase !! The motorized shade is a nice unit , seems well made , worked fine for several months . However, the remote failed , not able to manually stop the shade travel as needed . We sent several emails to the manufacturer, requesting a replacement remote as it was still in warranty, we sent videos as requested of the operation of the shade and showing exactly what the problem was . Two months later , still no replacement remote , the customer service has not replied in over a month . This is not how you should support your CUSTOMERS!!!! ... show more

Great shade. Anyone who says they can't install it correctly needs to let their husband do it or hit it with their purse. My good, this took 5 minutes to install and set the limits of the raise and lower.
