    • What size medium means
Size: Medium Style: Adult 38"-48"
Simple, looks like it should work just fine though I haven't worn it hiking yet. Just wanted to share size info as the product description has no info about what their small, medium, and large actually mean. I wear women's size XL and men's/unisex size large and the medium vest fits plenty big with room to spare so it should work over a jacket or coat just fine. The package says "Fits chest size 38 in to 48 in". That would have been helpful in the description. ... show more

    • Allen Company Orange Big Man Safety Vest
Size: One Size Style: Adult XL 50"-60"
I ordered this vest a few months prior to deer rifle season. I got this vest in the mail and put it with my hunting clothes. As the season drew closer, I took it out of the packaging and threw it in the wash with other light hunting clothing (gloves, handwarmer, neckwarmer, hats, ect.). I threw the clothing in the dryer, and when I took everything out, this vest had ripped at the seams in multiple places including at the velcro strap (which is now hanging by a thread). It is still usable and I did end up using it, and if it would not have ripped it would have been a nice piece of orange, but it just stinks that it came apart so easily. I give this three stars because I like the elastic under the arms which makes it very easy to put on even over bulky camo, also because of the price...you get what you pay for I guess, and all I wanted was a cheap piece of orange to wear during the short walk to and from my blind. ... show more

    • Cheap and very large!
Size: One Size Style: Adult XL 50"-60"
Exactly as advertised and as the reviews say - it is cheap material but works for its intended use. I needed one to fit over my ghillie suit and it is VERY hard to find these in anything other than "one size fits all." The big man version of this is truly large - as advertised.

Light but durable. Fits under a pack without binding, lightweight but still tough.
