This is perfect! I specifically bought this to wear with my Renaissance Costume during the winter months because my husband and I attend a lot of outside Ren Fest music events and a lot take place at places that have the shorter chairs and I wanted a jacket I could wear in, hang on the back of the chair and not graze the ground and get dirty, and I wanted it to be cropped enough to still show off my skirts/dresses but long enough to keep my upper body warm. This fits all those requirements perfectly! It’s actually amazingly warm and the color is so perfect for me because most of my attire is composed of warm autumn colors. My only complaint is the pockets are a little small and I can’t really casually rest my hands in them. But they’re still functional and that’s such a small consideration that it isn’t a deal breaker. I will say this most likely runs a little big, I’m a solid xxs-xs and it has extra room but it’s not massive, I could just comfortably wear a thicker sweater. I highly recommend. ... show more

    • Beautiful but sizing issues

I purchased eight different styles of coats from this brand and the sizes are wildly inconsistent between styles. If you're in doubt, purchase two sizes because the size charts are inaccurate. I consistently wear women's US size 8-10 so I ordered both M and L for this style. The M I could barely get on because the shoulders were too narrow and the body too tight. The L in this style is a perfect fit with room for a thick sweater underneath. Same goes for the longer double breasted Peter Pan collar style I tried. All of the other single breasted styles I purchased in a L, I was swimming in. I did not try those in a M. This is not a very cold weather coat. It's perfect for over 40F and no wind. I got this coat in the royal blue and it's lovely and not quite as electric as the photos show on my monitor. The color options, quality of construction and styling are beautiful, in my opinion. I'm happy to own two Allegra K coats. I just wish they'd make the sizing consistent. ... show more

This is a stylish coat, perfect for casual or dressing up, and would be comfortable as a fall and spring coat. Its material quality seems decent. The coat is not too thick, has a fitted style, and the sizing is accurate. I am 5 ' 2" 135lbs and a medium is perfect - not too loose, not too tight.

I’m giving it a three star because the quality looked great. I took off a star because the medium was very small and the color is not as green as pictured. It’s more of a dull dark green. Super cute jacket very good quality for the price paid. It comes packaged in vacuumed sealed bag therefore the jacket is wrinkled but I was able to use a steamer to remove the wrinkles.
