I was worried at first because of the low price, but I'm SO happy with this machine..the quality and all the accessories are excellent! I’m almost 50 and need to put on some real muscle, and this was way cheaper than getting all the bars and dumbbells I’d need to reach my goals, and you can do everything on this! It comes with so many extras—pull-up bar with multiple grips, a lat pull-down (hard to find!), dip bars, a SLED (huge bonus!), plus a foot pad and even a rack to hang accessories. I was also worried it’d be massive, but it’s actually super compact—especially since the bar is centered, so the bench tucks right in instead of sticking out. Assembly was surprisingly easy (took us maybe an hour), and the quality is amazing. No squeaks, no cables coming loose, and everything still glides like day one after months of heavy use. Even the foam seats and rollers are super comfy! The only thing I’d change is the plate holder—I wish it was moveable. But we just use a separate plate rack and so it’s no big deal, especially at this price! For everything you’re getting, this honestly should be double the price. Highly recommend!

It's not a bad piece of equipment. It's decent value. I rate it pretty high though because the customer service was top notch! There was a shipping mistake and at first I was dismayed Amazon's return/missing pieces customer service was not where it's at for this machine because it's heavy and no one's got time to be shipping back 300+ lbs or equipment, but the SNODE customer service was great. I emailed the direct company customer support and they got back to me within the hour. Had the pieces I need shipped out the next morning, and started the repackage and return shipping for me. All this took them less that a day (took two for the replacement parks to arrive As for the actual equipment, it's strong, sturdy. The directing were pretty good, except the cable routing, it was a little sketchy through that part but I figured out what they were trying to show with the tiny arrows. Maybe make that part a little clearer guys. But I'll tell you, don't expect full gym quality, those smith machines are thousands. The bar latching takes a little getting used to and you definitely need to grease the guide bars, it comes with a little bit maybe get you some grafite, might help. FYI doesn't include the bench in the picture or the weights

Amazing piece of equipment; however, the instructions could be better. It's definitely a job for two people and will take a couple of hours. I suggest watching YouTube videos alongside the instructions.
