Just over four years ago I bought a very small awning form All-Top. I like the small size for keeping my camp foot print small as well as quick setup. It has held up very well and I looked into a DIY project of sorta to make a room for it when camping in winter. But I felt the 4.6' wide area it provided would not be ideal. So I looked at larger awnings again from All-Top and found this gem! Well this meant a larger awning. Fine, has to be in order to fit this awning room so bought one. As for the room itself, love it. The setup is FAST. Less than five minutes once the awning is out. I will be keeping the slide-in zipper part with the awning at all times, rolls up fine with it. And the awning room quality seems top notch. Some things I really like about it. It DOES have a ceiling. This was not clear until I watched a video. I was worried about gaps along the top. No worries. The ceiling even includes a small clear panel to let some light in. The bottom pan does fully come off yet there is still some fabric from the door zippers to attach too. The pan is attached with a much larger zipper. Removing it really reduces the storage space and weight. So if you think you may not need the floor pan, leave it at home. I also love that the large panel at the end functions as a large screen or door opening. This means that you can use that end panel as an extra awning! I recommend buying some poles. This really helps with additional storage space and seating and makes a great spot to cook under shelter without stinking up the inside. Lastly I like that the sides are split in two halves unlike some other awning rooms. What I mean is you can roll up the fabric on just half of one side. You do not have to go full open or closed. Helps with privacy. I have one annoyance though. The opening at the back to access the vehicle door. I get that they designed this to fit the most configurations possible but to use it the awning really needs to be mounted pretty far forward on the vehicle. I suppose there is no easy solution to this. Concerns are only centered around rain and snow. With my smaller old awning I would tilt it so water would quickly run to one corner. With the larger room and thus larger awning I am worried about that. The height makes it pretty hard to get any tilt at all and the size of the awning could easily mean water could cause it to fill up at the center. As for snow I will have to get a couple poles for the sides, right at the center zipper, so suppose their length. I may even have to make some crossbars to go side to side to keep the awning up.

Very durable product. I've only used it once installation is pretty straightforward You just have to make sure you feed the top back corner in through the base awning first. That was my mistake the first time. And then clip the sides and then zip up the front end. Definitely made a difference especially in cool weather. I like the option to just open up with the nets to keep the mosquitoes out or put all the walls up for warmth and/or privacy

Love it! This thing is awesome. Adds almost more space to either get out of the rain or sun.. also great for a tent on the side of our tear drop trailer. Blacked out walls are good for sleeping in or a movie night with the projector. Easy to set up and take down. Material is great quality. Definitely worth it!

Love this setup. We paired it with the 6.6' x 8' awning and it's the perfect combination. When the family comes camping with me, it's great for changing, sleeping and having shelter from wind and rain. When it's just me and the boys, we have shade when we're dispersed camping. The clips and zippers are high quality and the floor lining is nice and thick rubberized vinyl. Looking. Forward to many years of use from this thing. I w modification I would make is adding 2 additional support poles for each side of the awning when using the room add-on. It's a lot of weight to bare on just the 2 awning poles. A quick YouTube search will tell you how to make it. This last trip we had 45 mph wind gusts and it held up just fine. If we didn't add the support poles, we might have been trying to pack a bent up awning.
