This is a great looking and great performing hoverboard that was very easy for my daughter (a first-time hoverboard user) to learn to use. She enjoys the great color, and also loves the ability to stream music to it via bluetooth from her phone. Overall, she's very happy and this thing is pretty sturdy and holds up very nicely for her! I ordered this model the "Black Chrome" one for my nephews Birthday, I was so excited packaging was great looked so beautiful coming out of the well designed protective box and to get it a day early and a day before his Birthday party was so Amazing I was So EXCITED but that turned into HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT when it would not turn on and would only Turn on if the charger was plugged into it nor would it charge...So Huge DISAPPOINTMENT for all of us but especially my nephew NO CHILD wants to receive such a beautiful item only to wait for it to charge 3-4 hrs and for it STILL NOT TO WORK, so I did a return and reship did the UPS pickup option, return no problem, UPS picked it up next business day and dropped off the new one at the same time 2 days early again SO EXCITED did not turn on again when first taken out of box again it did not have a charge SO AGAIN CHARGED FOR 6HRS again DID NOT HOLD CHARGE !!!!!!!     • It stopped working after 3 months
After 3 months of working great. It has been refusing to charge and will no longer work since before Chris. I have no idea what to do as it now is just a piece of junk. Why did this happen? Why is there nowhere to get help?
