I love my Greater Goods vacuum sealer! It’s so easy to use, the actual design is very nice looking and I haven’t had a single issue with it since I purchased it 8 months ago. What I especially love is that I cook a lot using the Sous Vide method, and I also own the Greater Goods sous vide circulator. My husband won’t even order a steak out anymore because mine are the best! Just as importantly, I love supporting this company because of the charities that they support. I have the GG sealer and it works great. with room to store a roll in the sealer thought buying the replacements from GG also would be good since the roll size will fit in without issue. great company, great sealer and great bags

Wow, what a great little device! I have never used a vacuum sealer before, but I have always wondered if they were worth it. Unnecessary, sure, but now I can't imagine not having one! I suspect I will use the sealer the most to keep opened chip bags fresh. I tried out all the functions I could with what was included (still need to buy a valve for the hose) and was blown away by the ease of use. The provided instructions were extremely clear, so there is really no learning curve (for us newbies). This sealer looks great, doesn't weigh much, and worked exactly as it should. I can't comment on durability but I am extremely happy so far!

Overall, it’s a good vacuum sealer. I wouldn’t recommend it for sealing items with much moisture. Even with the lower setting, it leaks.

I buy a lot of meat in bulk so a vacuum sealer is crucial for us. I needed something a little more advanced than what I had and this thing is great. Th various sealing options are nice as well as the inclusion of the can sealer. The gentle mode works well when you are marinating. The color options are great and there is a storage bag included. Over all, amazing package. I highly recommend.

it worked fine for the first five times after i got it. Then i took it out after a 6 weeks and zero vacuum power. I had looked at other reviews and some of them that was mentioned. so, i wasnt sure so I bought the extra warranty , and now will see if they stand behind that. will update. OK THE UPDATE: Asurion insurance seems to be geared to making it so painful to make a claim that you give up. which i did. Amazon has picked this insurance partner and both after 2 hours of phones say its the other one's problem (ie amazon say Asurion should honor the claim and Asurion keeps saying that i can return it to Amazon - which after 70 days you all know is not true.) so Amazon is complicit in this, as if they wanted to fix it they would call Asurion and are the 800 lb gorilla to whom Asuriion would be responsive to).
