Works very well! It feels good in my hand and is nice and sturdy. I thought the handle would be a problem since it spins around but it doesn't move in a bad way when using it and makes it easier for when I do forearm curls. These are great to use when do cable pulldowns or cable rows and you want to target a muscle imbalance. They have been a great attachment to use and has helped a lot! ... show more

This review is for the FAGUS H Home Gym Accessory for Cable Machine D Shape Handle. This D handle is a solid and quality made. The welds are relatively smooth, with no sharp edges to catch or cut your hands. The handle moves smoothly, and gives you free movement. What this does for me is allows for a cable machine handle that does not touch my hands when working out. Most handles have a canvas strap with rubber handle, which tend to rub up against my hands and watch band. At around $5.99 it's a great deal, although i did see the exact same handle from this brand at double that cost. So just make sure you are getting the best deal. Got this D handle to do tricep extensions with my cable system. It’s made from solid premium steel. The textured knurling handle helps ensure a strong grip and prevents slippages. There were no sharp projections. Overall, quality handle. I only wished that they came in pairs.
