I really wanted to love this set. The first one I got did not work outside the box. The company had nice customer service that trouble shooted with me and ultimately sent me another one, once I returned this one. The new one- the keyboard doesn’t work. If I try to use it 5 times, the keyboard maybe works 1 time. The computer constant goes on a “no signal” and I have to turn things off and on and trouble shoot. Pretty disapointed in the product and has ultimately become an expensive paper weight as my wife still uses my computer all the time. Was hoping she could have her own. Would not order this again, or recommend it. **update after using for a few months- it still loses Signsl quite a bit and you have to unplug and plug back in, or shake around the wires to figure out why and get the screen back. The stand is super flimsy, so it started leaning to one side, I had to fold up card board and put under one side of the stand so that the monitor was level again. I bought a different keyboard and mouse for it and that has fixed the problem there, it would not work with the set they sent. So keep that in mind. It works fine, but it was a refurbished monitor with a cpu added to the back, and the cpu sticks out above the monitor and looks strange.

I received my all in one computer. It looked great. I hooked it up and it didn't work. I called Thier technical support, which was horrible. The tech got the computer to finally turn on and we worked through so of the issues. The tech was frustrated because he didn't know how to get it to link with the internet. He said he needed to look into some things and would call back in 5 minutes. One month later and many attempts to reach the tech and still no results. When I just asked for my money back, they gave me a hard time. I shipped the device back within the warrenty period. I had to get Amazon involved to try and get my money back.
