This is nice, basic computer if all you need it for are light websurfing, emails, and social media. My wife runs a small business, and it fits her needs well. It is very responsive and up to date with Win11 Pro. The WIFI connectivity has been flawless for us. The speakers are louder than expected, and have a decent range. The keyboard is on the high profile side, and the keys are a bit "clackety", but was included, along with a mouse. My wife prefers her existing wireless keyboard and mouse, so I guess we have a spare for emergencies. My son also uses it to play Minecraft and Roblox, not super processer intensive, but he enjoys the larger screen over his 15.6" laptop. ... show more

Great product, was a bit Leary buying a Chinese brand but it's been terrific. 2 months and no issues. AWS Screwed up my Internet connection but with the help of support it got fixed.

Pretty easy to set up. I loaded the updates and that went fairly quickly. A later update showed up (I think it was 24H2) and it took forever to load, more than 4 hours. I thought the computer was broken, but I waited and waited, but it did eventually load. Been running like a champ ever since, so be patient when setting up it will be worth it. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I love this computer!! It works perfectly. The sound isn’t the best but I don’t use it to watch shows or movies so it’s not that big of a deal to me personally.
