    • I would have been better off to buy a name brand computer
In the first month the keyboard number pad went out completely. I had to replace the keyboard. Not a big deal, but I really liked the colorful keyboard. In month 9 my headphones jack went completely out. This is very upsetting because I used it daily. What's up with this cheap computer? I wish I'd invested in a higher quality computer. I spoke with the warrantee people and the cost to send it back for repair was $178 one way - way more expensive than I expected. So I'm stuck with a substandard computer that has no audio jack. This is really upsetting. The audio quality is very poor - I can barely hear at all during Zoom or Teams meetings. I do not recommend this computer. I love this computer. I love the big screen. The picture is so clear and beautiful. The sound is good. I love the keyboard is lit up with different colors. Very nice.

I like the features & how the keyboard lights up. I don't like that rhe monitor height can't be adjusted up or down.
