The media could not be loaded. I bought a computer from these guys and the hard drive corrupted within 100 days. I called their customer service and started the return process which seemed painless enough. I got an RMA but had to pay $60 to ship it back to them. I thought fine, it’s the cost of doing business. I got the replacement computer a week later and fired it up. The screen has a terrible refresh rate and looks like a TV looking for signal in 1993. It’s also slower than the first one and already had issues computing any data. I emailed support back and told them of my issues. It has been 2 weeks since I sent that email an no one has responded. I have called the company and had my “call drop” several times. I will be taking this up with Amazon customer support as well as the BBB. Not only did I get 2 defective computers but I also had to pay out of pocket for shipping to them to only receive another damaged product. Do not buy from this seller at all. ... show more

    • DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
Don't waste your time with this computer! It's out dated and will not update to Windows 11! It will be obsolete by the end of the year! There are some great HP's that are similar in style around the same price. They've already got Windows 11 loaded onto them, and they boot up quickly!

I never received the package, after three attempt I cancel the order. more than a month later the refund never been made and Affirm start charging my account today. please send my refund ASAP. Thanks!
