We have almost everything that AllClad makes. A kitchen full of pots, pans, electric gadgets, and knives. When I saw this I had to have it. It’s a very nice cutting board. The size is perfect. Not too big. We have one of those. And not so small you run out of space. I did however change out the legs. I don’t care for cutting boards with those little plastic legs that slide. There are some nice door knob protectors out there that keep it from moving. I hope to get many years out of this cutting board like so many other AllClad items. ... show more

Like the grip. Very sharp. I don’t give it time to hold its sharpness because I give it a few swipes quite often. I’m happy with the knife. The only thing is the grooves on knife do not prevent sliced pieces from sticking

Fits nicely in the hand. My hands are medium large male hands. It is well made. I am not afraid of cutting myself when using it. Sharpenable with a ceramic rod (and I strop). I mainly use it to peel ginger. The ginger I get at my local grocery store more often than not needs to be peeled with a knife (not a spoon), but it is still good ginger, just a pain in the butt to peel with all the little knobs and such. *** 8/28 I actually am reviewing the wrong product here. I tried to delete this, but it is still here. I was reviewing a different bird's beak paring knife. I got this one and returned it beacause the handle was too small for meduim large man hands. Amazon please delete this review. Otherwise it is a nice knife, but I like a bit more of a tapered out finger guard in the design. If I used this I would cut myself. ... show more
