  • Amazing headset
Color: Lunar Light
Sounds amazing and fits surprisingly well. They fit on-ear for me. They have touch controls which I was pleasantly surprised about from reading the instruction manual. Only bad thing is for Xbox I need to hook it up to my Xbox controller and use the cord as a mic instead of using the mic it comes with. But with my PC the Bluetooth works amazing. Good range, so I can be in my kitchen and the signal won't break at all. And you can turn the RGB off to help the battery last longer though the battery has never died on me. ... show more

  • Updated* Why buy anything else?
Color: Lunar Light
Thinking of Christmas, or just because you’re worth it? Best pair of headphones I’ve ever bought! I was debating between a few but since it matches my Alienware laptop I decided why not…. As soon as I put them on I noticed the soft cushion of the padding the most. It’s a snug fit but not uncomfortable. They are adjustable, too. The microphone quality is bar none. They’re light but built well. And this is the best part, the noise canceling option actually works!!! I have Apple Air Pod Pros and they have true noise canceling sound as well. I was shocked that I could get that silence in an over the ear set of headphones. The look is stylish and minimalist which I like. It does have the rainbow effect. If you have the laptop you can change the colors in your Alienware settings. I like the rainbow option but for my poor husband who games with me the lights can get annoying. I just turned them to red and it’s pretty satisfying. It comes with a nice grey Alienware velour carrying bag. I wish they would have printed that cute little alien guy on the bag but eh….. one really cool feature is the touch feature. While on you can glide over the Alien on your ear to turn the volume up or down with ease. Very cool feature! I felt like Captain Kirk the first time lol it’s the little things! I will update this review to include pictures as soon as I can… Hope this helps ;) Updated* less than a month later one side just stopped working. I was in the return period and did just that. I was worried it may happen again so I went with Roccat for a replacement and I’m glad I did. It’s been months since my Roccat headphones and the still work wonderfully, and with a better price point! Learn from my mistakes. I’m glad it happened when it was in warranty. If you really like it buy the extended warranty, good luck! ... show more

  • Missing Microphone from Amazon warehouse
Color: Lunar Light
I was delivered the headset itself and most of the attachments including a wired microphone, but the wireless microphone (the main selling point of the wireless headset) was missing when I opened the package. Good quality, works great, but expect it’s been scalped for parts if it isn’t new

  • Looks and sound great…BUT!!!
Color: Lunar Light
It’s look & the sounds are great…a perfect match for my Alienware X17R2 laptop. The only problem I have with this head phone is the intermittent Bluetooth that keeps disconnecting which can be very annoying. Other than that it’s great.

  • Am I supposed to be able to hear the ANC?
Color: Dark side of the Moon
The sound is clearly not as my boss 700. Those have a big downside they disconnect randomly if 3 or more devices: this check phone, work laptop and personal laptop at WFH the three may be on. So I looked for another head set of a good line for the meeting as the Sennheiser/EPOS ones are by far the worse of many. On this head set the Alien one it is too weird I can hear the ANC like soft rain in the background and the ANC seems to build pressure into my internal ear. I don’t like that… so that makes 1 star the ANC for me. I am still going to try them for my meetings if they are decent I my keep them (this are definitely not for long periods as the ANC drills into your sensitive hearing sense (it can be turned off so for a gamer I would encourage not to use the ANC because this may cause damage by long term use.) I cannot express enough how bad this are… they are terrible they disconnected so easily. It is incredibly frustrating. They will randomly disconnect time time again. Wow! ... show more

  • Great audio quality, comfort and materials... terrible microphone
Color: Lunar Light
I purchased this to replace my HyperX Cloud II Wireless. For context, my primary use was for work to take zoom/teams calls and occasionally watch youtube and listen to music. The AW920H itself feels like premium materials/construction. The fitment is entirely subjective, so take this with a grain of salt. I actually really like how snug it is on my head. I didn't experience any of the tightness that anyone else described in their reviews. The headsets leather padding is nice and cool to the touch and my ears never felt hot. The audio quality of the AW920H is excellent. I actually think this headset sounds better than my HyperX. I've used this headset for zoom meetings, watching youtube videos and listening to music on my phone. I really had no issues at all and was quite impressed. I found the touch controls to be responsive and easy to use. I didn't have any issues with the touch controls that others have described. Now, I do have one major issue with this headset, which is why I'm going to be returning it. The microphone, when compared to my HyperX, is absolute garbage. Other people on my zoom meetings had a hard time hearing me, as the mic volume is so low even with the gain turned up. It's not just the volume that's the issue, it's also the mic clarity. My HyperX is crystal clear. People would always ask me what headset I was using because it's just THAT good. The AW920H just falls short. It's average mic quality is an oversight considering how much people pay for it. At $199 MSRP, the microphone should be on par with (or exceed) the HyperX. I really wanted to like this headset, but because my primary purpose was to find something as a daily driver for zoom calls, the microphone quality was a deal breaker. Hopefully Dell sees this review and doesn't cheap out on their next iteration. ... show more
