I was a bit dubious at first but then someone is in pain and desperate for relief they will try anything. I bought one bottle to give it a try. I had been suffering from severe sciatic nerve pain for about 3 months. I spend almost all of my time on my computer and at first I assumed it was the chair which I have had for about 7 years. It was ok but jury rigged in many places so I figured it was time for a new chair. I spent $324.00 for a new ergonomic chair and sadly surprised when the new chair relieved ZERO % of my discomfort and pain. It hurt to walk, to sit and even lay down. I was in severe distress when seated, I couldn't sleep as there seemed to be no position that was comfortable for any length of time. So, even though the price seemed high, as my opening states, I wanted relief and cost was not an issue. I neglected to read the label and discovered that the starting dosage was 2 capsules, not 1, per meal. So I assumed it was once a day which none bottle was easily a month's supply. BUT it's 2 per meal for the first 3 months. I only eat twice a day. I am 73 years old and I have never eaten breakfast. So, one bottle of 30 capsules; you 2 per meal and in my case 2 meals per day, so one bottle is about a week's worth. Now at that the cost is pretty darn high. Well the bottom line to this long winded desecration is; I am 98% totally free of pain after the first bottle. I have purchased two more bottles. I still have a bit of a tingling sensation in my right foot but I am also diabetic so that is part of my problem. Aside from initial recommended dosage requirements and resultant cost I gave this product the 5 stars rating because I simply can't put a price on relief! ... show more

    • A good way to get your B vitamins
It's got B vitamins which is something I normally fail to remember I should have among my supplements. I take it every day and it seems to be working okay.

    • A Skeptic's 'Message in a Bottle'
I don't write reviews very often, but I felt that this product deserves one: For a little over a year, I've been having SEVERE sciatic pain in my lower back down to my knees, sometimes so bad that I couldn't get up out of a chair or take a walk around the block with my family. My knees would just "give out" and I couldn't sleep a full night. I've tried doctor-prescribed valium/braces/topical pain gels/pain medication/special pillows and everything else under the sun to help with the pain. I came across this product by accident and decided I would try a bottle. I followed the instructions and within four days I woke up and was almost fully pain free. I spent weeks feeling almost ready to start working out again, and made the mistake of thinking that something else I had done, some change in my diet or the fact that I was taking walks again was actually what had been making me pain free. I stopped taking them after the first bottle and within two weeks my knees and lower back started to ache, gradually going back to full-tilt life-changing pain. I went back online and decided I would try my hand at something that was more available (Sciaticare was out of stock) something with more pills-per-bottle, and a little more price effective (the only star I took off was for the fact that at almost 40.00 a bottle... and four pills a day.... it doesn't last long) The new stuff, which said it did all the same things, did nothing for the pain. I quickly ordered another bottle of Sciaticare. Even while I waited for it to get here I was hobbling along like an unfit 80-year old (I'm in my 40s) Stairs were excruciating, and often I forgo sleeping upstairs if I have to climb them feeling like I do. I took them as soon as they arrived and I swear, within a day my pain dulled down to a quiet roar. By day two the pain was highly manageable. I'm not going to say it works for every single person, and I'm not a doctor, but this has worked for me. I do hope there's a price break with this product in the future. I had severe night time pain in my lower back and left hip every night. The pain and stiffness disturbed my sleep. It would generally go away once I got up and moved around but some days the hip pain lasted into the day. I tried Sciaticare for a month using the double dose of two capsules in the morning and two in the evening. By the end of the first month I was seeing some relief and thinking that my condition was temporary and possibly improving on its on, I stopped taking the Sciaticare for about one week. The pain returned. So, I went back on the Sciaticare taking the regular dose of one capsule in the morning and one in the evening. The pain has subsided. I still have a little stiffness and hip pain in the night but no where near the level of pain that I experienced without Sciaticare. I'm actually amazed that it works so well. Its a bit expensive when compared to other vitamin B supplements, but I expect to continue taking Sciaticare. ... show more
