  • Fell in love...
Style: RTX3080 LHR
The minute I started up this PC I fell in love! Upon opening it I was greeted by a keyboard and mouse along with a power cable. Under that is the PC which was wrapped very well and looked of high quality. I opened it and the PC itself was pretty heavy and very premium feeling. Hooked it up and got the updates and drivers done. Played a few very high usage games and it handled it like a champ (without the OC) I was getting 100 FPS on Ultra graphics in BeamNG. I was getting 120-140 with it overclocked. I played for a little bit and monitored the temps. The standard fan curve is not the best so I made my own which allowed it to stay cool for longer but a downside is it makes a little bit of noise. People said the PC was a very inefficient design and how it was not good for airflow but heat rises and leaves the upper fan. The intake fan itself is very powerful and can pull in a ton of air. After playing BeamNG for a while I checked on the Avg temps and all the fans averaged 50-60 degree celsius which normal max temps are around 75-85 celsius. The GPU averaged 50-60 celsius Max, and the CPU averaged 25-40 celsius. Overall the design seems to be keeping it cool and the powerful GPU and CPU are allowing it to stay in power. If you ask met this is a win win computer, good for gaming, work, video editing, streaming, etc. Again the only downfall is the fan noise but if you can tolerate it then this would be the PC for you! ... show more

  • Good quality, great price.
Style: RTX3080 LHR
I've been very happy with the R10. It looks great, if a little big. It runs every game I've tried flawlessly at max settings, notably RDR2 with visual mods had no problems. I must say though, occasionally windows doesn't load properly on start up. After restarting it always boots up as it should, but it's something to make note of. Also, I would recommend a RAM upgrade, but I've yet to do that myself and I'm still happy with the performance so it's not something urgent. Overall at around $1600, especially with the GTX 3080 inside, this is a pre-built that should be on your radar if you're looking to buy. ... show more

  • Definitely a great PC for gaming
Style: RTX3080 LHR
So i was shopping around for a pre built gaming pc and a lot of the people i talked to tried to scare about all pre built pc are no good . But after doing some research and finding out what i was needing this machine checked all the boxes its 16gb ram , 1Tb ssd , liquid cooled 3080 graphics card and for the price it was the best deal for me . So I finally pulled the trigger and bought it . Once it came in the set up and start up was a breeze especially if you have Microsoft cloud. I wanted to wait a few weeks before writing a review to ensure no hiccups. Well so far so good every game i bought so far i can run at max or ultra settings no problem at all , getting max FPS with a 240hrtz Samsung odyssey monitor i haven’t noticed any loud fan noise either . I highly recommend this pc if you are looking into it best bang for the buck . Note Get yourself a nice gaming keyboard and mouse beforehand the ones included are just basic . It will get you through start up and configuration but you'll need something better for gaming . ... show more

  • Great Computer If You're Willing To Work On It
Style: RTX3080 LHR
Watched and read several reviews prior to purchase. Most complained about airflow and cooling issues. I purchased 4 Corsair ML120 Pro fans and replaced the stock fans and installed two additional (one more on the aio and another on the front) to improve cooling while reducing noise. I also removed all of the internal brackets that I did not intend to use which removed potential airflow blockages. I also saw several reviews that suggested redoing the thermal paste application on the cpu and the 3080 gpu. I have had no problems with cooling since these changes. I also added an additional M.2 drive using a PCI adapter making this a 3TB SSD machine. None of these changes were difficult but did require some knowledge and skill. Overall it has become a great mid-level gaming PC that has played anything I've thrown at it on Ultra/Extreme settings. ... show more

  • No issues at all. Runs like a beast.
Style: RTX3080 LHR
This machine is very quiet, very fast, very sturdy and very reliable. Quite compact too; it's able to get all that and keep it cool in a relatively small and well engineered space. I have not had a SINGLE issue at all since getting it; upgrading the RAM to 64gb was also a breeze. Even if you don't trust Alienware for whatever reason, this one in particular is a steal. ... show more

  • Exceeded my expectations
Style: RTX3080 LHR
Really easy to do minor improvements like storage expansion and RAM, and has yet to fall below 60fps on anything I play on it

  • Full of regret
Style: RTX3080 LHR
PC ran great for a couple months before I started having “blue screen” problems. Had two different Dell technicians come to my house and left with the computer *fixed* only for it to break two days later. I’m currently now forced to mail my PC in after not even 6 months of owning it with an estimated wait time of 7-10 days. Honestly just wish I stuck with console at this point. Update: PC was returned after about 10 days and came back in an outer case that was not mine (see badly worn areas in attached pictures). Not super worried about the case as I plan to do a case swap at some point in the future. PC ran great for half a day before crashing during gameplay. This crash appeared to be associated with the GPU as it would only occur during gaming. After troubleshooting with Dell I was quickly realizing it was looking like I’d have to ship my PC again. Wishing I could return and build my own at this point but I’m already 5 months in. Purchase at your own risk. ... show more
